If you have P411 membership AND reach out at least one day in advance, you shouldn't have problem getting some responses. I could get in touch with local agencies or indys via P411 without issues in all the cities I traveled for work. But obviously things are more difficult if you end up in a small town where you can count the profiles with one hand in that area. .
