He delivers. I would say looks wise the girls range from a 5 to 8 maybe 8. 5. Not sure as to what services you have used in the past but from my experience the higher end services do Abit of touch up on their online photos. Give him a try and over time he will send you better pics.

Well, I have seen the 2 providers that I wanted to see off USAA.

These were the only 2 girls who's pics on the site I felt that they wouldn't age 15-20 years once I saw them. Everyone seems to have super blurry pics, and I can tell they are hiding things, such as extra pounds, or hard lines in the face. They also have great reviews. There are 1 or 2 other girls of my type that post, but either meh reviews or no reviews means I am not taking the chance on them.
I will start off and say that it took a long time to get these set up. Lacey because of ghosting, and Saffy because of time constraints. I kind of wrote about getting in contact with Lacey in response to a guy that got ghosted, but here is the review. I sent out a text when I was out with friends one night, found out the distance was less than a mile, and said I'd be there shortly. I wanted a live pic before heading up, but didn't receive, with the reviews, ect, I figured it has to be legit. I get there, and I hear snoring through the door, loudly. I knock louder and more times than I want given the location, but she wakes and answers as if nothing was up. After brief intro, we got right to business. All I ever require is BJ / FS, and therefore she delivered. I don't care about noises, kisses, DATY, PSE, GFE, or any of that stuff, which I'm sure she does. That said, she has a pretty good body, that ass in the photo comes with a tiny pouch on the stomach. Only noticeable if you're picking. She was nice enough. Just strange about the whole sleeping thing, and I feel like that has something to do with the ghosting.
With Saffy it was also a good overall time, and I liked her personality. We chatted a little bit at first and at the end, which I don't normally do. But she seems like she has her head on right, and isn't dulled by drugs. That said; amazing body, perfect round ass. Again, I'm just a BJ / FS guy, and she delivered as well. I did ask if there was a smoke smell, which she said no, and that wasn't the case. I immediately had to dump the clothes at the bottom of the hamper when I got home. I'll echo things said about the area, but just like my UPH ventures, I dress way down when heading out specifically for sex.
Overall my experiences were good, and neither girl asked for donations up front. For me, I guess the difference in cost compared to street play will have to considered the cost of having a bed to lay on. Considering the time it took to get these to happen, I'm probably not going to do it again, not that anyone posting is of enough interest to me currently.
