Providers like Roz Cummings, Goldie Knox and Nirvana realized they could make a living by charging huge fees but only having to work once or twice a week or whenever they wanted. Roz, for example, had a regular who paid her something like 400-500 per session on a weekly basis for a couple of years. So no real price drop. Either stability or increase. Some guys were lucky enough as regulars and "good customers" to get discounts or get grandfathered in to lower rates.

Then there was FOSTA / SESTA. That pretty much caused the evaporation of many local American providers. That market has now been taken over by foreign imports. Brazilians, Columbians, Mexicans, etc. Prices did not go down, but on occasion discounts could be had.

Then there was COVID. That dealt a body blow to what was a flourishing and high-quality K-girl industry. I don't think the age and service mentality of the K-girl providers from the pre-Covid era has been equaled much in recent years. Prices did not go down. But there has been a rise in new management marketing techniques. Hence the whole "open minded" phenomenon.

Then there was the post-Covid inflation economy. Not sure if this is appropriate, but thought I'd throw it out there.

California finally legalized weed. There are restrictions, and-interestingly-the promised tax revenues and benefits are not yet being realized-since the taxes, fees, and restrictions are making legal pot more expensive than the "not legal" stuff. Have you guys ever seen the "get 9 massages, the 10th is free" cards which basically knock off the HF? I was thinking, since they just punch or circle a number, and the staff rotates monthly to whereas you don't see the same faces after a month, do guys ever just fill the cards out by themselves and walk in with the "free" number and knock off the HF? Just curious LOL.

I don't share as much as I should in the past because it seemed a lot of the hype was around FS places. But I have been more interested in doing so in regards to parlors, but the great shill depression of 2024-2025 has fucked that up since I do not have 50+ posts.

I would love to have a thread or user blog called "Non-FS experiences". Which could happen anywhere, like legit, HJ shops or FS shops. What is the process for getting a new thread or blog in the San Diego forum and what is the difference anyways between the two?

As for starting a new thread, I'm not sure how to do it either. I always thought a thread on the Adult Bookstore / Theater scene would be helpful. Anyone want to start that up?

Can't imagine there are members sitting on the sidelines with posts about non-FS experiences and the only reason they don't share them in existing threads is fear that their post would be overshadowed by the next FS experience post. In my opinion, members who choose to continue to lurk will do the same regardless of the number of appropriate subject threads already available.

I encourage anyone with non-FS knowledge to post it publicly. Doesn't seem like that type of content would be rife for shilling either, but maybe I'll be surprised with some over the top, penthouse style HJ stories.

But I can usually get FS for 100 for hour appts pretty easy at most of the slower places. The busier places are still going to be 140 for half hour but I feel like is never hurts to try the slower places know if they charge less I'll visit more. Anyone else have any thoughts on this.

I have to rely on the street walkers for this guilty pleasure, but prefer not to partake since the risk and service does not equal to spas or similar type places. Any suggestions? When you think of it, most if not all of mongering relationships will be temporary. Maybe there will be a few visits with a woman who stands out, it could be the odd chance you frequent a woman for months or years, but most will be a short lived, with many being one and done visits. Mongering relationships are disposable, temporary at best. They know it and I think most mongers do too. Think about all the providers you've sampled. Some guys are in the hundreds. Depending on your activities, how many women really stand out? 20? 10? 5? 2? We tend to remember the superstars we lust for, or the nightmares we regret. All those in between are easily forgotten. How many times have you returned to a spa and not clearly recognized the provider who serviced you the last time? I had several occasions the provider walked out recognizing me, and in all honesty I didn't remember her face. She just wasn't that memorable, and even when I do recall her and remember she was enjoyable, I still didn't immediately recognize her.

Now think of it from their perspective. How many mongers do you think they have serviced? 3, 5, 10 a day 5, 6 or 7 days a week, for years? How many of us do you think really stand out to them? Especially for the 1 time visits. If we do stand out, hopefully it's for good reasons and not bad. They know the relationship are temporary, forgettable, and even disposable. They know, someone will move on, never to be connected again. And for any number of personal reasons they don't want to remember any monger outside of the spas anyway. Unless we stand out in a good way, and they can make more money from us, I suspect they even try to forget us. We can guess they want to forget all the assholes.

My point, work to be memorable for good reasons. Stand out for good reasons. Everyone knows it's temporary but make the best of it while it is going on.

Be clean and groomed.

Make them feel you like them, and enjoy their special services.

Be as friendly as you can be. Coming, going, especially when you are cumming.

Help them be comfortable around you, be gentle.

Tip fairly, if not generously.

If the experience is good, and you want to see her again, return soon.
