When a provider reaches for the clock on the night stand and turns it facing away from the bed that is a really good sign that you are in for something special. It actually made me a little nervous into the session because I did not want to take advantage so I asked for a time check. We did end up going into overtime a bit so I was certain to leave behind a tip.
