I wonder how much is lack of will of enforcement or the rise of the internet? Reading the article it talked about multiple arrests made in a short time when they had undercover out on the street. But only 2 arrests when they set up a sting at a hotel in Bedford Park. Maybe much easier on the street for the cops? Maybe because the internet has given guys tools to vet out the ads? I do think most girls are found online now rather than cruise some dangerous areas of the city. It makes it harder for the cops and easier for us if you let the big head do the thinking.
I also wonder why they think targeting johns will decrease demand? Plus no outreach program for men? Some of us have a problem and just can't help ourselves. The women aren't the only one with addictions. It's okay to admit your addicted to drugs, gambling, or alcohol but not okay to be addicted to strange pussy?
