Agree. She gives great massage and is cute and friendly. No hint of play but totally worth a visit.
Agree, but I still keep looking for that unicorn of a good massage and release. There have been a few over the years.
Are you willing to share those gems?
I'm going to ask this here because I am seeing a bunch of craigslist ads for male massages that I assume are legit. I don't plan on partaking but I am curious to know if they are "not" legit and if suddenly would get a finger up my butt or something. As its a down low secret thing that only dudes who are into other dudes would know about? Know what I mean? Personally I have nothing against male massueses but do I really need to see a pic of them before I get one? Or it for the ladies? I know others have the same question but never thought to ask. Haha.
I've been going on and off to K of Aloha for legit massage, 1 hr = $75. For some reason Kiku likes to pawn me off to the girls that work there which ia fine with me. Recent girl doesn't give that good of a massage so I tip 15%. I ask Kiku if other girls still works there and want to make appointment with those girls. She tells me next year and by the way I should be tipping girls 20%, WTF. Service from recent girl not good that's why I asked for other girls and tip accordingly. Just curious at legit massage what do you guys tip percentage wise? 15%, 20%, more?

If massage is really bad I tip 10% & never go back.

So if you see an ad with their appearance, especially in a non-professional setting (dressed up and hanging out at the beach for example), they're probably running an unregulated business in Hawaii. That alone doesn't necessarily mean they provide sexual services, they could for example, be licensed in another state. If they make it a point to mention that they are men who service men, then it is likely that they will provide homosexual services. They probably won't straight up assault you though.

The Hawaii statute that was cited does prohibit massage advertising with "pictures depicting the human form other than hands, wrists, and forearms". However, the last time that law was revised was in 1994. In 1998, the Hawaii Department of the Attorney General, a prosecuting agency, officially issued Hawaii Attorney General Legal Opinion 98-02. It's lengthy, but the bottom line is: "It is our opinion that paragraphs (4), (5), and (6) of section 452-23 (a)," including the hands-wrists-forearms image restriction, "are overly broad and infringe upon the commercial speech rights afforded by the First Amendment" to the United States Constitution. "These paragraphs concern lawful activity, and advertisements containing the prohibited components not always would be misleading. We also acknowledge that they attempt to implement the legislature's substantial interest in separating the legitimate profession of massage therapy from illegal activities such as prostitution. Nevertheless, paragraphs (4), (5), and (6) of section 452-23 (a) do not directly advance that interest". So it seems doubtful that the hands-wrists-forearms image restriction would be ruled constitutional in court.

Does that mean its ok to post ads with their faces if they are only legit? So if I see a face pic I shouldn't assume they dark side then.
Does that mean its ok to post ads with their faces if they are only legit?
Not necessarily. The law prohibiting massage advertising with "pictures depicting the human form other than hands, wrists, and forearms" is still on the books, and I was unable to find any Hawaii court ruling that declared that law unconstitutional. Hawaii Attorney General Legal Opinion 98-02 is an opinion, not a court ruling, and a court would not be required to follow it (although it would be persuasive that even a law enforcement agency believed the law to be unconstitutional). So it would seem that even a legitimate massage business that violates that law could possibly be punished, even if the probability is very low. As I said in my original post: "So it seems doubtful that the hands-wrists-forearms image restriction would be ruled constitutional in court," but it's not impossible.
Disclaimer: I'm not a lawyer, so for a professional viewpoint on this situation, a lawyer (especially one who represents massage businesses) could be consulted.

I was thinking of 2-3 legit places that post on CL with their face ish pics. I don't see that one cutie anymore that had a place in the old kabuki bldg. Maybe she got informed. Bottom line I suppose is don't go looking for legit massages on craigslist. Haha.
Hopefully this helps, as Uncle just remember two that used to list on CL, but no longer.
Inhale Exhale. Jasmine. Pretty local girl, strong, got some skills, just don't care for monthly membership plans.

Uncle's interpertation of the AG's opinion basically says that some advertising rules for massage therapists, like banning certain pictures, words, or personal details, were too strict and violated free speech rights. These rules were unfair because they blocked honest ads without good enough reason. While other rules still apply, the overly strict ones can't be enforced anymore, so more than arms and elbows okay, but of course within reason. Here is just one for example with more than arms and elbows https://www.instagram.com/tiffanysthaimassage/

Saw Jasmine about a year maybe little longer. She is fricking gorgeous and built in all the right ways. Personally I liked her massage passes on the cupping.
