I rarely ever and I mean ever pick up females in that area anymore unfortunately curiosity got the best of me and I decided to cruise that spot. To be honest I see the same chicks who's been on that stroll for 20+ years and looks terrible now. I decided to go ahead and get some price quotes and to my surprise the average price given to me was $15 I haven't heard of that one since 2009! The girls on that end looks terrible lots of missing teeth and some are in there 70's now still selling pu$$I.

I was over that way yesterday evening after work only saw that Tranny slim Darkskin BSW who be on Wendell around the bus stop. I had dated her back in the early summer as she gives head for $40 and does a decent job. The area ain't scary or as bad as it's made out to be now. As long as you have street smarts you will be fine. Plus the few dealers left over there are few and far apart.

Area is in full gentrification mode. They got townhomes being built across from the KFC. The last few times I've been over there only really see that old white broad out.
Ones that used to always be out are gone in the wind and when you do see a new face they in and out.
Auc is putting money into alot of those old building and investors buying up old houses doing flips. So I'll wager 2/3 years before it end up like metropolitan where you see no one but regular folks 99% of the time.

The infamous "yellow food mart" on JEL shut down, new homes being built, all the dealers and SWs are locked up. Plus it's cold, it's over with. So many of our favorite SWs are dead and gone too. The few homeless women I see ain't even trying to fuck for real & I damn sure not letting any live with me. I recently met one young 22 yr old from NY that told me she got kicked out of a rapper spot and she was just going to see at Five Points until her people can send her money. Long story short I got her to my crib and she was already looking at me to save her. I tried to crack her but she only offered to give condom head. However she wanted me to buy her food and provide her safety in my crib. Nope, took her ass right back to five points.

Once the new lower income neighborhoods establish themselves, the red light culture will come right back. Especially with the cost of living today.
