Worse
Texted and called no answer.
Went by today lady came to door in tears and just kept saying 'no open'. I asked if she was ok she said yes so I left quickly.
Heads up.
Worse. From what I was told. If you hear different, please update.

I'm stealing someone else's thunder but if they posted it I think it won't show up until tomorrow due to the regular member penalty. I'll keep the rest of the details between us though.
So bad first: there has been an Asian female arrest today in our area. No photo no anything I can connect so I won't know, but the bond and such is normal so they're already out. Technically could be unrelated, but well it's unlikely, so guess the followup is here.
Good (although still bad kinda): there's still at least one out there risking it. Not the best visit, the rain on the way there was a terrible decision on my part but I had other reasons for going this particular direction so I figured go for it. A place I haven't visited in months. Body rub was alright. The lady was nice though and agreeable. No appointment but that worked out by pure luck rather than that being a good idea. I learned the rain sometimes actually brings more of you by, which surprised me. Anyway, it is known like any other, but to keep up the illusion that it matters, I shall not write or hint at the name more than that.

Heads up.
Sad to report, but these are indeed connected. I'm curious who it was, but there isn't a photo online like MJ.
A part of me doubts it just because like the places themselves tend to not use the word massage outside of ads, which anyone can run. I won't do it but I think it would be amusing to advertise on the behalf of massage envy with the same kind of ads and see what happens.
But then you have studio 22 with this on their website "Studio 22 is NOT Associated with ANY Other Studio in Nashville! We are Privately Owned & Operated! We DO NOT OFFER Theraputic Massage Services! Our Providers are Relaxation Specialists & Are Not Liscensed Massage Therapist, Unless Otherwise Noted. We DO NOT Provide ANY ILLEGAL SERVICES AT ANY TIME! Studio 22 is an Equal Opportunity Employer. " Maybe that gives them wiggle room, or maybe the people behind these just really like targeting Asians haha. Gemini is certainly not a source for legal advice but even it thinks this would get them nailed.
Jokes aside though, body rub would likely fall afoul of the licensing requirements regardless.
"Massage/bodywork/somatic - The manipulation of the soft tissues of the body with the intention of positively affecting the health and well-being of the client. ".
They could spin it into a lesser charge by calling it reflexology but it is still a charge and they'd still likely nail them on the intent that it was going for a massage and not reflexology. Not receiving any compensation (including tips) is another route but there's no way they'd trust the customers enough and I'm sure at that point it would be questioned about why they are a business set up for free massages LOL.
And the real reason I have no confidence in this is if I figured this out in 30 minutes surely someone has already tried it and failed.
Your comparing Wilson Co vs Davidson Co.
Totally different universes of crime enforcement.
Also just spoke to Angla. She is on "vacation" for an extended time. Not interested in discussing anything beyond that and said not to contact her till she reaches out.

I focused on the second paragraph where he mused what would happen if they stopped using massage. My response is that it likely changes nothing based on Tennessee Massage Law. They have the same grounds to arrest folks working at Studio 22 as they do A Spa, If you touch "soft tissues" and you "receive compensation" which includes tips, donations, etc, you are in violation.
Anyway, I'm not a lawyer so that's not really worth it, I was just playing along. Best of luck to Angela.

Any Info?
I didn't see anything in the news or on the Daily Booking Report:

Does anyone have a link?

Rough day
Tried going out. Called several places. Only Dreams picked up and they were appointment only and fully booked.
Tried going out. Called several places. Only Dreams picked up and they were appointment only and fully booked.
And it might get worse. I hope not but between yesterday's info. And hearing this. I am cautiously optimistic.
Tried going out. Called several places. Only Dreams picked up and they were appointment only and fully booked.
Since they're still going you can at least consider that a positive sign for the short term. That's not the place I went so there's at least one more. But chances are you are better off waiting for a slot at DS haha. A bunch of dudes just lost some of their best options, so overflow will go wherever else is open and convenient. One would think it makes people cautious but I mean I showed up to A Spa the day after the April raid and so did everyone else. So this is just that situation playing out again.
Probably the only reason the other place wasn't busy might be because people forgot it exists even though it was discussed here recently. Not enough to close them down apparently, but there are no advertisements for it on the usual manner, and it seems missing on google maps. I did a secondary check, they actually are still advertising on one site I follow, but would never come up in my filter because they removed ethnicity.

My mistake, thanks. I thought there was a second incident, not just the Mt. Juliet Spa. That's what I was searching for. I believe I misunderstood the "RS" posting. Someone please clarify, if I'm wrong.

Someone please clarify, if I'm wrong.
There was a second incident. I make mistakes, but not on this. However, the chain of delayed postings creates unfortunate confusion. It did not end up in the news from what I can tell, and I won't be posting a direct link to the person because that's possibly a violation. But you can connect the dots if you follow what has been said and trust Boedba's update. (Quoted below for ease of reference).
However, it was in the daily bookings like I said just not that outdated pdf. But the 48 hour window is no longer there so she won't appear anywhere but the crimemap. This isn't the first time a situation like this played out, do recall there was a news article about the April raids but no photos or names. I have no clue what the difference maker is but I just assume some know what to do faster to keep themselves out of the news. In this case, it's the same area I'm discussing so there has to be another reason why A Spa got faces out but HFS didn't. But that also probably factored into why HFS kept going after April (unless anyone wants to tell me A Spa is still going).

Got it, Thanks
Thank you for clarifying. Surprising that the news doesn't jump all over it, considering the coverage on the Mt. Juliet issue.
Anyway, stay safe, all. Happy Holidays!
