But on days where you don't have an hour to play what should a good half hour cfs session really be? All the other prices and packages seem settled but not so much when it comes to half hour sessions.

I wouldn't recommend going in and throwing 200 down and telling them you want an hour when they're saying half hour, or your service might not be as good as it should be. Give them 200 and tell them you want a half an hour and they are going to be very happy or give them 260 and tell them the hour and off you go.
