You know, seriously. That approach makes sense. I think part of the problem is that it's shunned on boards such as TNA and in a lot of other circles. Everything she posted before was complete bullshit. It's actually rather difficult to obtain a restraining order and she's an idiot who thought just using those two words was scary. Even though she's been hooking for 6 years now she has no client base. When money became an issue she contacted me and presumably every single other guy she'd seen recently. I'm not going to walk through the steps of actually obtaining a restraining order because I've had to go through with one and it takes a considerable amount of time and effort, but RBP frankly doesn't have the mental capacity to follow through on doing all that is involved in getting one served. I disagree with that part, from what I've seen they get issued pretty much on hearsay. Download the docs, write a story and submit it. They aren't criminal proceedings and they are granted very easily in most cases, no proof necessary. If a woman files against a man, no judge is going to bat it aside, they are going to grant it just to cover their bases. Of course this does depend upon the judge and the jurisdiction, but in most cases it's going through. One thing people like to do is win a restraining order, then use to it to fuck with the person they filed against. The filing party can call you and if you answer the phone, you're in violation. At that point it becomes criminal, usually a fine but sometimes jail. You have to watch out for that shit. The one and only time i've been to court, to protest a speeding ticket, the guy ahead of me was charged for violating a restraining order. Apparently his ex-girlfiend who won the order called him relentlessly to apologize and wanted to meet him. He agreed and when he showed-up, she called the police. He didn't get jail time, his lawyer presented to the judge about how restraining orders are often used for revenge or for control. Judge said, "I understand. Are you ready for your sentencing?". Guy got a $500 fine, but it could have been more severe.

I'd say this. If she knows where you live, and apparently she does because you said in your post that she's been to your place, then I'd watch-out for that. You just never know.

But all of this is a good reason for providers to not know our real names nor where we live. Sex workers are very nearly a protected class these days, judges are going to side with them initially. Just be careful, all.

I'm sitting at home one day and a cop shows up and hands me the order. She said she feared for her life because I was continually threatening her. I was simply stunned. She was a heroin addict and disappeared about 4 years earlier and just left my kids with her mother. I took custody of them and had not even thought about her in all of that time and then suddenly a restraining order full of BS shows up at my door. At the time, my job did background checks on me about once a year and a restraining order would get me fired. So, I got my attorney to fight it. I went to court and the judge (a woman, of course), said she didn't see any reason why my ex-wife would make all of this up and kept the order in affect.

3 months later, she went to court and tried to get custody of the kids back. Saying that I was violent and a danger to the children. Her proof that I was violent and a danger to the children? The bogus restraining order that she put out against me 3 months earlier. My ex-wife was a fucking junkie, but she was a smart junkie. It was a brilliant move. She wanted the kids because she was living in YWCA housing and if she had the kids she would move to the top of the line on the public housing waiting list. In addition, since she wasn't able to work (she was considered "disabled" due to her drug addiction), so she would have received about $2 K / month in child support from me on top of her SSI and EBT. $35,000 in attorney fees later, I got to keep the kids. But only because they told the court appointed social worker (that I had to pay for) that they would run away from home if they had to live with their mother. The Court was simply days away from moving the kids from a stable father that lived in a large house and had a steady income and zero criminal record (not even a fucking ticket) to a junkie mother that lived in YWCA housing with no source of income- and not one person in the family court system could see anything wrong with that.
