CloeStone, I am in no way trying to defend her nor am I saying otherwise of that gentleman's post. How was my post unprofessional and immature? I was only reporting my experience was opposite of that previous gentleman from Jasmine. I did not go too much in to detail about my session because the good reviews that are posted of that provider pretty much sums up my session. I did say message me anyone wanted details of it. But you are right though, this is all customer service based and she has no excuse to lash out at any customer regardless of any circumstances. I went in only to see for myself which type of service I was going to get whether it'd be good or bad. The little big head likes to learn the hard way. LOL. I am glad that this forum is here to help weed out the good, the bad, and the ugly. However, sometimes I like to find out the hard way and kick myself in the butt for picking the wrong one knowing the reviews are out. I know I am not the only one that does that though.

Anyways, I doubt I will return to that provider. There are a lot of other providers out there that can be had.

I believe Jasmine just came back out with a "late night" ad at this time. I believe I made appointment with Jasmine directly thru her own number, she saying anytime now is good there because its slow. I arrived right on scheduled time 20 minutes later saying my appointment is with Jasmine. Kay,(who knows me well) and another lady I didn't recognize was there. I was directed me to a room with door ajar. I could over hear a little chitchat by Kay and someone, that seem to be conflicting a little bit by tone. Kay pushes door open and says Jasmine "cannot" right now. I didn't want to get into why / why not with Kay. I stood up and said I'll cancel then. She immediately says I'll take care you. I told her, look Kay, when you put out a ad with YOUR PHOTO- you always give or offer me to someone else when I arrive. Too make a long story short-I showed Kay my phone, and showed her a old number of hers from 10+ years ago when she was on high floor (she was surprised), and told her you should treat your long time customers better. I walked out. Unlike above, I can't say if Jasmine or Kay by being the boss is at fault here, nor am I going to ask Jasmine. (it should have been her move to call that night or next day). Fu* how pretty the girl is or what's provided. Boycotting also.

I got to try Lehua and damn she is hot. Massage was good she did the hot stone thing but made sure to stay away from the boys. Just on looks alone I would repeat, hopefully there is more in store in the future.

I like her place it is out by kalani high school, good to stay away from CC once in a while.

But if the house or provider made a mistake maybe they double booked then they should offer either a discount (half off) on a reschedule or shit even a free massage. Of course you would still have to tip on the free massage but isn't it better to make the customer happy to me return visits is what makes the business not just the random one guy here one guy there.

I thought it was only me that Kay does the bait and switch to. I been boycotting her place for awhile now. Also her girls are getting some major attitude.

My comments were referring to Jasmine, her not so nice comments and unprofessionalism to a customer. As it turns out Jasmine and Kay have done this to others. I did not like the fact that a customer booked an appointment with Jasmine and when she tried to refer him to another girl and he refused, she said some mean and unnecessary things. Anyway, thanks to Russo and others for the comments about "unprofessional and immature" providers like Jasmine. I will be boycotting Hiran and Jasmine.
