I recomend TracFone, you can buy the airtime cards at Walgreens, Best Buy, Walmart etc. Most of their phones include a "double minutes" feature for the lifetime of the phone that doubles whatever increment of minutes that you buy. The minutes do have a certain number of days but even when I have had some of them expire, the next time I reloaded the phone I got those minutes back.

It cost $2 a day for unlimited voice and text. The time expires after 30 days. I buy $10 a month, and it usually lasts. That equates to 5 days of mongering a month.
