From what she tells me, she goes back to Maui to be with her mom. She also told me that on the days that she's on Oahu, she does massages during the day. According to her, she is a CMT. RE: Ivy. Yea, she's a Certified Massage Therapist. She was very popular at Cleopatra. Before that she first started at Emerald City about 2 years ago. Has been popular ever since. Unless you a client in Maui I don't think you'll get a professional massage. I doubt she plays.

She told me something similar, except she massages here and on Maui. Claims to have hundreds of clients. When I mentioned I enjoy shoulder rubs that's when she told me about her huge caseload :)
My wife and I are considering opening a kbar, the only problem is starting from the get go is expensive. So our question is this, of you guys that are close to some of the business owners there that are considering wanting to sell the establishment woulld you be so kind to give us some info on which places may be interested in selling. They also have to change the name of the establishment, as the original belongs to the owner. That's why there are a lot of "new" club so and so. I suspect most of the "owners" have local backing (sugar daddies). So they do ok by leasing out rather than selling.

PM is appreciated.[/QUOTE]The problem with buying a K Bar, they will want a large cash premium in addition to taking over the lease payments, and the time and difficulty in transferring a liquor license.
Suggestion: Open a new AMP or take over an existing AMP, with minimal investment. Make it look like and work like a hostess bar, with back room cubicles for relaxation. We get the advantage of checking out and interacting with the girls first, and relaxation/satisfaction at a reasonable going rate of the AMP. The girls will have a large monger market, maybe even a line outside. Recruit hot chicks, of course!

Where do you want to work? The further out from town, the less attractive the women get. Lease rent is very expensive as most of those master leases were made years ago and leased out to someone else, then someone else so the amount keeps going up. I think Butterfly pays @ $30k a month in lease rent.
You will also need to get licensed by the Honolulu Liquor Commission and they also oversee all transfers of ownership. If you do not have experience running a bar, they will give you a hard time on the transfer.
Start off small as that will be the easiest to manage. You can go to Moonflower and talk to Chanel as she's probably willing to lease out her bar.

Another one in Kalihi near Chocolate behind Zippy's but bar is small and closed now so not sure ow you can get in touch with that Mama.

Camelot had a lot of young ones sitting on the couch with a bunch of old guys at the bar (like me). Maya's appeared slow but it was early (9pm). Back to Kalihi around 10.
Chocolate. Nope. Only good one was busy. Carnival, didn't go in. Green Tea. Had one nice one but she was busy (naturally). Pisces. Maybe 2 or 3. Iris. Nope. All in all a wasted night. Didn't quite get why Fire & Ice had a full parking lot. Last time I checked there was only 1 old one there. Sorry for no names but I didn't want to buy any of them drinks just to find out.

Went out early. 7:30. Destiny not bad, but by 9:30, no mo' wahine. Went to Red Carnation, Okay. Get wahine, but new so don't know action. Suck thumb drank my beer and left. Ended up at old Festival. Nice place, clean and inviting. But neva see real winnahs. YMMV. Back to Koreamoku.

She was sweeter and prettier at Cleopatra; here, now, she has an attitude. I saw her wheels turning when I didn't buy her a drink that one time.

Lot of them I meet nowadays drink slow maybe a drink or two in a hour but some after about seeing them three to four times it's like one shot on five to ten minutes! For those it she ya! The others I keep. When I buy a girl a drink and they bring a shot, that's my Q to move on to another girl or bar. I'll test waters with I. V. See if zhe changes.

Headed to Kalihi to go 1st Time but just as I got there my J g/f rang me so rushed to her bar, got her one then we went to Ever and Napa and we had a few more then off to home. Ended up being good night with great company and buying only ons neko. Glad I went out.

Like previously posted she was from Emerald City. She's been working for a while and knows the game well. To me, she's not concidered a typical ROB, YMMV, but I've seen her be one totally! Did get some play but was in Kalihi, town is a different story. Also she claims to be a so called health nut but smokes cigs.??? But hey, it's a "all natural" cig. LOL!

Say, anybody at cameltoes yesterday? They said that they raided the gambling place upstairs yesterday. I'm surprised because that place has been in business for awhile, guess they finally got someone undercover to get inside the place.
Funny because at 6 pm channel 2 said that they arrested the gamblers at cameltoes and they showed a clip of the cameltoes sign. At 10 they corrected it and just showed the building.

THAT's what's up there! I've seen girls walking into that hallway. One night I went down that same hall, looked all around and saw no 'signs', just closed doors.

Well that's just a hallway. The valet guys use that area to store the keys to the cars. The gambling place is upstairs. There is a hallway upstairs to go to the room (I guess) where they gamble. Before you could see big bouncers sitting outside in the walkway. Was funny, when I was in camelot I would see old ladies walking upstairs with their dogs.

Not that one, the one upstairs that you mentioned in your post. There used to be an AMP up there with a cherry shower but they were gone shortly after I found them.

My friend went up in the hallway once, before he got to the end a big guy stopped him and said in no small terms that he wasn't invited and he should go back downstairs.

The one I went to (which is long gone and I do not remember the name) was down the hall near the ewa side of the building. I went a couple of times, then they were gone.
So, when I saw girls going in the front entrance over the last several months, I thought to check if there's an AMP again. I didn't post about it because I didn't want to draw attention to them since I surmised it might be something 'else'; turns out it was.

LOL! There didn't seem to be as many AMPS in the area as there are now and maybe I was getting tired of Pine Tree. Certain things will drive a monger to do what he normally wouldn't, I suppose. How I look at it is, you choose your fun. In retrospect I'm glad I went because the k-girls were really young and the one I got was hot with tinted hair and just had her jugs installed. That shower was the cherriest; I'd be buzzing hard and felt like I was filthying the place up :).
