She claims to have great reviews somewhere, but I agree they are hard to find. My only experience was a call I made one afternoon last fall, got her voicemail and she never called me back.

I do recall some comments that she's not the most reliable at returning calls, and that fits with my experience. As far as reviews, there were a couple on CL a while ago that were negative.
