I would be interested in other safe ways to remove the unwanted from our cars. Because I had an interesting experience Monday. I thought I would share it with those that might also find it useful. Another tool for the box.
I was out on the strip and met a girl named Cathy. Cute girl in her early thirties. Claimed she was from West Virginia and has only been here two days. So much for the strip drying up theory.
Quite possible she just arrived based upon her attire and baggage. She had on white jeans and a lightweight shawl. She was definitely very cold. I'm no fashionista yet even I know you don't wear white after Labor Day. LOL.
We sat and chatted a while so she could get warm. Then headed for the WaWa to get her some coffee. Once she was warmer we chatted about her offers. I found them attractive and agreed to the meeting.
On the way to the playground, I noticed she nodded off. Oh shit. I thought to myself. I have enough experience in that area to know that usually does not end well.
When we stopped she was snoring. My guess was she took the low-energy vitamins just prior to our meeting. What could I do?
I started slapping her hand, I pinched it. I shook her till I thought her head would fall off. I blasted the radio. Nothing was working. I thought maybe she was going to O D. So I hit her with Narcan. Seemingly no effect.
We sat few minutes while she was out. She was breathing and I know the Narcan saved me from a possible O D in my vehicle. So, now all I need to do is wake her and get her out of the vehicle. What to do?
I sat and thought things out. Then I got what I considered a brilliant idea. In fact, I'm surprised I never thought of this in all the years I've been in the game. The answer was right there in front of me all the time.
I zipped up my coat, dropped the windows about three inches each to cause air movement. I started driving and turned the A / C on blast.
Well, friends, I got to tell you it wasn't five blocks and she was wide awake, shivering her pretty ass. I pulled into a secure spot finished the meeting as agreed. I headed right back and dropped her off so she could have easy access to the area shops she visits.
I told her how sorry I was about the heater breaking at the worst possible time. I doubt she even knows she was Narcanned.
I dropped her off and she mentioned what a nice guy I am as she was leaving.
So, any of you get someone in your vehicle you need to remove safely and maybe they are nodding, remember either the heater in summer or the A / C in the winter can be very useful tools.
You can tell them to go to hell and make them happy to be on their way. Me, I'm just an 'OL Gator.

It would be foolish for any of us not to be prepared for possible over dose in our vehicle. Any time we venture into the deeper end of the pool we better know how to swim. I think it can be agreed some of those people have a death wish to begin with. Why else would they put some of that stuff in their body? Doubtful they care if they die on the street or our car.
I'm not pointing fingers. I'm just saying we can't get so pussy drunk that we lose sight of the possibility of death from drugs. It is all around us there. Why not take every precaution? To sit back and allow a person to die when we can attempt to prevent that shows poor character on our part. To say the least.
I believe many here are not aware Narcan is available for the asking at no charge at Prevention Point. So, why not take advantage of that safety net. They instruct people on how to use it. Anybody can go in Friday noon till three. Check the hours online to be sure. No questions asked. Simply tell them you want to carry it to be safe or assist when you can. Don't even need to give your name.
Personally, I would prefer to have Narcan than to have any person die in my vehicle and not have it. I can't think of one good reason given the game not to carry it.
I will say this, carrying Narcan is a better option than dealing with a police investigation that could be prevented. How many members here can afford to deal with that if a person dies in their car?
Another reality is the shit the dealers cut the drugs with only increases the possibility of that happening.
I would be curious how others here feel about this. Also, what their actions would be if they did have to deal with a person that overdosed and died in their car. Any takers?

I've been carrying Narcan for several years, and have had to use it once. But not on someone that was with me, a woman waiting for the trolley in West Philly. It's good to be prepared in the city, it could get you out of a jam, and having some to give away has worked to my advantage. AND it's free, so not really any reason to not have it in the truck.

I've heard some flip out when you crush their high with narcan. Any truth? Not that I've ever cruised around for a sw. bucket list item
I carry narcan but luckily never had to use it. I'm not in the medical field so don't take my words for the gospel but narcan is for when someone has used an opiate and in 20 minutes or more they start to slip away as in their eyes are starting to roll in the back of their head, their lips are starting to turn blue and / or they're not breathing normal (death rattle maybe).
If you're in this situation administer the narcan and use your knuckles to massage right in the middle of the rib cage between a person's breast because it has an odd feeling that will help revive them. And yes, often people who are saved become angry and combative because you robbed them from their high. I would call 911 also to cover your ass.
That said, if you pick a woman up and she falls asleep as you're driving she's probably not overdosing. They're just heavily sedated due to the opiates and xylazine. It's a dam shame. It's very dangerous to be that out of it in strangers cars. I had girls tell me they nodded off in a dates car and woke up sore in areas that shouldn't be or had holes cut out in their clothes or in total different locations that they didn't know about.
Personally I don't like girls using around me to avoid the whole OD issue but once I was in a motel and a date I knew very well wanted to party. She hit twice and she was out on the floor for a total of 4 hours before she came to and took care of me. I just checked on her breathing every so often while I watched TV. Unfortunately as one of my favorites she's gone now. Been 2 years and she barely made it to 30 years of age.

Given the increase in car jacking and violent crimes, this might not be the best time to start, if you don't have to.
Personally, I think the AMP scene is the best option.
One time I picked up a chick off the street. As we were going to the stomping grounds, we drove past another chick that was knocked out face down in the street on the road next to traffic. I ask the girl I picked up what we should do and she says we should help the second girl. We pull over and check on her and she is not responding. The first girl yells for help and asks if anyone has narcan while I try to get the second girl to wake up. Eventually, the second girl wakes up but starts flipping out. She was pissed about the possibility of being narcaned and accused me of being a cop or something.
Weird experience.
