Is not for that provider. The photos in that link have been used in Vegas, Chicago, New Orleans and Tacoma. If you look at the arrest report, you will see no address listed for her, so it's hard to tell if she is local or passing through. Plus the Alias indicates it was not a sting operation. When LE arrests girls during a sting, an alias (usually the backpage or agency ad name) is under the aliases tab. This girl doesn't have one on her arrest report (Katie doesn't qualify as one since alot of girls named Kathryn go by Katie).
I have to say that I've had a field day on the SD / SB sites, and still do. Got to be patient though, so BP is still an essential part of the marketing mix.
The all time best was quite a few years back in the weekly planet days, I ran a body rub ad, so many girls come by for 25 dollars I lost count.
