She's one of those who wants to get that warm and fuzzy feeling before choosing whether to get intimate (with no plans of getting intimate, explicitly indicates platonic relationship). In the meantime, she would expect you to compensate her in lieu of intimacy. My advice would be to go in a different direction; I labeled her as a time waster and I conveyed that to her.
