Being free from it means walking away from EVERYTHING in your life during that time. And she is stil stuck on the loser bf she supports. They're a symptom of a dysfunctional lifestyle that often includes these women being informally enslaved by some gangsta boyfriend figure. The detoxification is from fentanyl, and barbituates and morphine (heroin) , that is what makes everyone's ill. The separation or loss of supply.
