Nonetheless, I will confess that I've periodically paid them something just to avoid trouble. I once needed a crazy girl to get out of my car. $20 was a cheap way to avoid additional problems, including potential escalation.
My more common issue revolves around a mediocre or bad session. I hate overpaying for incompetence. The way I justify it is that I am a man of my word. If I promise a girl $100, I pay the agreed amount even I feel the session was only worth $40. Or zero. I could argue with her that she didnt truly live up to her end of the bargain.
