Decided to try the new AMP: Sunny Spa. It is sort of convenient on the S W part of town. Easy for me.

Think the address is 3652 Brambleton Ave, Cave Spring area.

Went in and asked who is working? She said 2 nice girls. But only one available now. This was fine for me because I looked at a beautiful smile and twinkling eyes and a beautiful body. I went to Heaven in 1 hour. Nice attitude and skills. I don't demand much and the positive attitude went a long way to make me very happy.

I will have to agree, I guess the new hour is 45 minutes and OMG wants NOVA or Charlotte prices for Roanoke, you know there is a difference in a McDonald's hamburger and a prime rib, trust me no prime rib around this place. Stopped in AHC, was met by a decent middle aged woman. Grabbed my arm and walked me back. Decent massage. Everything on the menu even BBJ if you can afford it. Opted for the standard finish. As I was leaving she took the towel I just wiped off with and folded it up neatly and put it right back where it was when I walked in. Never again will I repeat. Straight home and to the shower. I know some complain about YJN and not much change in talent there. For me cleanliness is most important and there they'll be in the process of changing the linens and sheets before you get out the door. I personally like Eva, she gives a great massage, and if you flirt with her a bit and treat her with respect she will not disappoint. Naturally she'll want to try to negotiate a higher price but you can usually come to an agreement with her and leave satisfied.

Good news. Went back to sunny spa and the owner or manager must have read all our posts.

Kiki is no longer there. I liked her but I think she got spoiled by too much business as the only one there most of the time?

This time I met 2 new lovelies, Yang Yang (I Think) and Lucy.

I ended up with Lucy who has a nice healthy chest and had a massage and a delightfully happy time.

I am not a FS type of guy but a good connection was made which is important to me and we ended with a big smile on both our faces.

I will return and also get to know Yang Yang a little better next time too. Hopefully.

Had another chance with Lulu at Westlake and was well taken care of from head to toe. She only knows one amount of pressure but worked my back and legs so I was like butter afterwards. I was met at the door by Lisa. Decent massage, post flip service was OK. She reminded me of a typical AHC provider. Her tip amounts requested mirrored going rates in Roanoke.

I saw one other lady at the desk when I arrived, looked much younger. I didn't ask her name, but I'll ask for a different provider next visit.

I can't make any sense out of the reviews being posted here and my experience at this place. Also, I think we need to be a bit more careful with what we're posting here.

Anyway, I've been there twice now. The first time was before the recent changeover and I got Kiki or whoever the girl who left was. The massage wasn't rushed but it was definitely cut short, and on flip she immediately started negotiations at 60. I of-course said no and this caused issues but we moved on with an uninspired HE and I left.

I went by there again recently and got who I believe is the owner. Mind you, everytime I go by this place, Leo is parked in the parking lot outside. I'm not sure why, if it's just a good spot for him to fill out his crossword puzzle before his day is over, but everytime around evening time he's there.

Anyway, the lady I believe to be the owner is a bit younger and chubbier, but has a good MILF look. She asked me how young I was and when I told her, didn't believe me.

Before leaving I asked for the other girl and this time, she was "busy" and be out in 10. I'm a sucker so I'll try again next time I have 30 for 60 to kill and waste.

Pros:

-it's clean.

-Kitchen looks like they actually use it so I imagine someone will get to enjoy some kimchi at some point.

-Anime menu wide open.

-the "other girl" was sexy and above average on the AMP scale. She kept saying "so so so", so that's my name for her. Someone please tell me her name and if she's worth a trip back.

Cons:

-no real rub.

-lots of oil.

-no real effort or attempt at some of the standard AMP details. IE: Massage hands, fingers or a real attempt to wipe off all that oil.

-parking is wide open to the world.

And with all of that, I'll still go back if I can get "So, So, So". Someone tell me what she's all about.

I went to Sunny last week and at least for my visit everything was clean and in place. I will say the massage was done mainly with elbows and arms rather than hands but I wasn't cut short time. Will likely visit again soon.

I think I saw Lucy but didn't catch a name.

Also have anyone been to the place in the mall recently? Curious if they are give a decent real massage.

In my opinion, with the too many explicit reports about Sunny Spa it will soon go away like some places in Salem.

If you enjoyed your time at Sunny Spa, say so without explicit details or LE will close them down.

I think I picked up a virus called Mullscum (look it up) at an AMP passing thru Charlottesville.

Did not know I had it until I had a yearly thorough skin cancer check. They, female Dr, said it was common in children.

So now I tend to take the towel they put rolled up on the table and lay it down flat before I lie down. If I don't see one there I take one off shelf in room and if none there, I ask for one or clean sheet Got me paranoid.

They have had to burn off the Mullscum pestles with liquid nitrogen on you penis, belly and scrotum. Taken about 3-4 months of treatments.

I think they should be rotating the ladies anytime now, going by how they have done in the past. Seems like lately they have been rotated the first week or second week of the even number months.

Price haggling was horrendous! Actually wanted to see if any money was left in my pockets! I decided to still have the massage, she was fairly attractive and the massage was actually decent, but the money topic not only was before any massage, it happened all the way through! Will not be back!

These places need to first, offer clean and safe environments as well as great service, then the tips will be larger and voluntary!

I visited a couple of weeks ago in the evening. Rang the bell and a youngish girl came and let me in and showed me to the room. She was ok looking, not great. It was cold in there so she covered me with a towel and began a pretty lackluster massage. After five minutes she tells me to roll over and started with her negotiation or demands. We settled on $.12 for CBJ / CFS. She was really bad and started recommending I give another $.1 and another girl would join. I wanted an upgrade so I agreed. The second girl was a little older, probably 40 and much better looking. The first girl started her CBJ and I told her to stop so the new girl could do it. New hat was applied and the new girl finished the job. All in all, I would not do it again, at least not there. Total damage $.26.

I'm posting this here for all the people I didn't message back.

Basically, there is only one person worth seeing at sunny, and she goes by Yang Yang. She's decent, which means for this area she's better looking than most if not all. She's shorter and has some weight on her but appears mid to late 30's and decent with make up on.

The issue is, she doesn't want to be working for most people that walk through the door, and whether she wants to work or not is dependent on her mood that day. More often than not, if another person is available, she will try to pawn the services off onto them, which isn't ideal because as I said before, she's the only one worth seeing there. You can put this together by reading other posts on here about "the owner" or "so so so".

I've been there a total of 4 times now. 2 of my experiences with her were great, the other 2 (including the very first one) were just average.

So in summary, fairly decent looking person there who will be hit or miss for you, but a miss more often than not. You decide if it's worth the head ache.

Short and not so sweet, money hungry haggles from the very start, poor massage, if you choose a full menu you will drop the house plus 1. 6 if you choose less menu it's over in 40 minutes and she has no problem saying times up and walk out. I think I'll just have to take a road trip. Always nice and respect the ladies but it goes both ways too.

I'm terrible with ages) with a nice little body and a very pleasant attitude. Cute, but not looks to write home about. Went for the hour (70) and was offered a lot more for a 120 tip. Might have been able to haggle but didn't want to. Worth every penny and even gave her an extra Jackson. First time I have ever had a table shower and found I really enjoyed it.
