The prosecutor and LE and very sad to say even the judges most times work, play, socialize and even sometimes live together. It's a very dirty system and it is WHO you know. I have seen it firsthand more than once. At first I couldn't believe what I was seeing, but so is the case.

I apologize if you are reading this and you are one of the few clean, fair and trustworthy workers in the field, but IMHO you are a rare exception. We need more like you. Favors, perks, looking the other way is the way of life there. That's the way "the system" works.

It's amazing how much trouble thinking with the little head can get us into. Beware!

In addition, I have enough friends that are local LE, troppers and the like to know the accurate story. I wish the standards were higher. Just my humble experience.

I think it's funny how everyone has an opinion about the "police gang" and this grand ole' conspiracy. First off, this is a hobbying board, not your town hall. Secondly, the fact that you're on here probably means you're interested in or looking to do something which is less than legal. Blame the law all you want but if you get booked it's not like the cops were looking to catch and frame an innocent person.

It isn't mathematically sound or fair to make a judgement based on your experience with such a very miniscule precentage of those in that field. I think most grown, well rounded men realize, if you break the rules, you might pay for it. However, in this country, we are supposed to be given due process, innocent until proven guilty and not questioned by law enforcement simply for breathing the air in a certain area. Now if I go out and flat out get caught red handed paying for sex, I'll confess up and pay my due. However, if I'm driving through a well known prostitution area and get charged simply for making a second lap, well, that's just not American to me.

You my friend hit the nail right on the head. We have rights and like you said we are innocent until proven guilty. You and I would stand up for those rights because we believe in real justice not Saturday night justice. There are those that would "roll over" just to get what the system wants them to believe is a "better deal if they plead guilty". When in reality there may not even be a case unless a person "rolls over".

Now there are those in "authority" that would take that real justice from us simply to look good in front of a judge or a police boss. That is the conspiracy that is ever present on the streets. Many of the police truly believe in what they do. They work hard at being a real police officer and I have the utmost respect for that select group. It is those that think that they control the streets and own everybody in them that makes me sick to my stomach. These same rogue cops steal from people in the streets. They set innocent people up for something they didn't do because they didn't happen to like what the person might have said to them. They clock a person up beside the head simply because they want to let off some steam.

Read the papers, watch the news there is story after story about people in authority positions in the "system" going bad. That is only the ones they catch. Have any idea how many they don't catch.

Using the sink or swim analogy, if someone drowns because they didn't tread water, then they deserve to drown. When one is in a battle one doesn't have to win just let them know it was you they fought. Maybe next time they will leave you alone.

She had not been well at all towards the end of 2011 and everything people have observed about her failing health jives with symptoms of Endocarditis. Rumor also has it that Ab is no longer in the business since this happened.

Was cruising the ave late last night. Drove by the bus stop and huntington and there was Darlene. Haven't seen here in years. She is clean now and looks great. For a BJ gave her a ride to work since the el wasn't running at that time.

Sad to hear. Years ago I stopped seeing my old friend Angie around, yet heard she retired. Life on the streets is a gamble most often resulting in losses.

First I would like to state I appreciate this board and all the useful information I got from this board.

I just wanted to update the readers, from talking with two different girls living in Kensinton area, I was informed that there is a new captain of the police who wants to bring some positive changes to the Kennsington area including decreasing prostitution.

This means more patrols at different hours. Lets face it if the Philly police force put there minds to it they could EASILY stop us. Lets be clear, the bottom line is we are doing something that is illegal as it currently stands in the eyes of the law. Personally I think that it is not bad to pay for sex from some willing to do so but there are some bad things that go with street mongering. An example is recently I had a girl I was trying to "help" who ended up being 16 years old! I almost pissed my pants and was quite irate with the idea that someone so young could be in her circumstances.

On the other hand I treat all the girls with respect and kindness and (I swear) got two girls in a suboxone program [I paid for the initial visit to doctor and took them there. 300 dollars. ]. And from reading reports here most of the guys here treat the girls well and bring them some reprieve from the hell they are in.

Personally if I was the new captain I would work with the the to see if they can get loitering changed to a civil offense, increase the fine for loitering in increments (1st charge 200 dollars / second 300 and 3rd 500 dollars) , mandate HIV testing for anyone that is charged with loitering and use 1/3 of the of the income for increase free

HIV testing and needle exchanges for the girls and for friends of philly police fund.

Ok, finally here are some thoughts: read the laws of mongering on this site and always consider some strategies for dealing with the loitering. An example is to buy a.

Saw this Rachel at the North end yesterday in Buckius area. She looks better and doesn't smell as previously reported. LOL. She said she just got out of Hilton in State Road, was there for months. When you finish your message, just turn off wordwrap, then paste.
