With the ability to produce photographic dollars, the government wanted to a way to keep track of what people were doing that they shouldn't be doing. It was on floppy drives too.

I definitely felt safe, but never understood the burglar bars on the door. The seasonal street is well traveled and didn't care for the walk to the car, but not a deal killer. Best bet is a phone with a large screen, like Samsung Note. I can do everything except image search to spot faketies. Still have to use laptop for that.
