There's houses operating for over a year that get a lot of traffic that haven't shut down. One of the reasons is because they don't sell cocaine to clients.

Been to a bunch of AAMP / AMP's in Arcadia and Rosemead over the years and never once was offered drug or seen any drugs there. Did these places operate way underground (not even advertising on Bedpage / CL)?
