Went for another ride Thursday around 1-2 am and there was a lot more activity today than on my last few drives on the weekends. Cruised through after work 4 pm. Horrible timing, kids getting out of school, people getting off work, lots of LE, city buses, school buses, etc.

Was driving around this morning around 3 am and it was dead for the most part. Lots of marked cars on Lake. Pretty dead this morning. I left around 2 am and there was nothing going on in St Paul, no one on Penn / Lowry and only users on Lake / Bloomington / Franklin. I was about to give up at 4 am when I saw someone standing by 13th and Lake, swung back around and it turned out to be none other than Sandy.
