Streetwalker Reports

Anybody ever see anyone walking in this area? One of the walkers on MB Road told me recently that some did walk this area, that she used to herself, but I haven't seen anyone. Any advice on a particular area would be appreciated!

Thanks[/QUOTE]I drive through that area multiple times on most days. No, I've never seen that, and there are always a ton of leo around that intersection.

Thanks[/QUOTE]You may find one in that area but more likely they will be down around Harding and 24. Word of caution there used to be a lot of TVs in that area plus tons of LEO. You can get a good plato de pollo a la parrilla at the little carnicería at Linbar and Harding too. I have saw some hot looking latino girls in that place but never could get one to give the vibe. We used to sit in Hooter and watch guys pickup the girls or whatever they were but, That was several years ago. I just never really liked to monger in that area myself.

Thanks, Iam just starting to visit that Hooters as a prospective place. I know there has been discussion about the subject but I think it might be doable. Now I can try to kill two birds with one stone. Never thought before about looking out of the window! I think the area has promise, but there is a lot of traffic out on the main road (Harding)

Very hot area-be careful. Did have cameras-wouldn't think they removed them. Hooters is fun tho.

Just an additional note, the camera's in the harding area do NOT have the little blue light that blinks to alert you to a metro camera. There's one in the curve of the road there at hooters. Check it out and you'll see what I mean.

With the nice day today, the SWs were out in force on MB Road this afternoon. I saw at least five in a short period, and actually met three of them. However, I decided to pass for a variety of reasons. One was doped up, another was tired, and by the time I got to the third one, my own time constraint had reared its ugly head. This was all near the Taco Bell and the bridges close to Thompson Lane.

I observerd it driving aroud the block a couple times, like someone would do if lost, only one person inside. Don't know nashville very well, dosent look like it would be an area for any live action, any one know if area has SW?

First time in ages I have seen a SW (maybe?) on 51st, Ave off Charlotte Ave. In West Nashville. Cute, white, slender but not skinny, about average height, straight dark hair to her shoulders, clean and fresh looking. Was she TGTBT? I loop several times and cruise up and down side streets looking for LE including unmarked cars. No sight of any authority figures out to ruin the holiday season. So on my third or fourth loop I pull down a side street and she very slowly and cautiously follows. Doesn't get in car but comes to driver side window. We both stare at each other for a moment neither wanting to be the first to say anything. Finally, I ask her if she wanted a ride. What follows is a cat and mouse game of neither one of us wanting to say anything incriminating Highlights of our conversation include: Her, asking me where I wanted to give her ride to and if I had enough time to take her to her spot. Me telling her I would take her wherever she wanted to go and that I really didn't like talking to someone outside the car. Her, saying she didn't know me and didn't want to get in the car until she knew my intentions. We went on like this for a few minutes with me getting more and more nervous, starting to wonder if what I was saying might be being recorded (I believe she was carrying a large bag or purse). Finally, I said I think I misunderstood what she wanted when I stopped to offer her a ride. She said maybe not and asked what did I have in mind. This time I insisted we had a misunderstanding and that I should just drive on. She reluctantly agreed and stepped away from the side of the car and I drove on. Circled around the area for a few more minutes and still no sign of LE. As I was leaving I believe I saw her following a young black man on foot to a car parked in an alley. I may never know what I missed (or escaped from) with this young lady, maybe I should be regretting I wasn't a little bolder in my conversation with her but at least I'm not regretting anything worse than a possible missed opportunity. So does anybody know anything about her?

[you can never be too safe. Do your talking once in the car and away from the spot, after the Leo check. Haven't seen much of anything on MBR lately. Would think with the holidays coming up, some would be lookng for some Christmas cash]

She could have been new and just being careful, however; I am pretty sure you made the right call.

Stony she was LE period. She wanted to record you saying that you wanted something else for a price.

I have seen a few walkers of interest this past week or so, but wasn't certain if they were real or not. Body language seemed to say YES, but not sure. The problem is that area has more high-speed traffic and is not quite as easy to make a turn as MB Road area. However, from a distance (which isn't always accurate) , the walkers seemed to be younger and better in the looks dept. Worth exploring.

Meanwhile on MB Road, with the nice weather, I saw some over the weekend, but didn't have time to stop and explore. Still getting the hang of technique, etc, and the experienced has been mixed so far. I probably need a good mentor.
