Ah well.[/QUOTE]She pulled the same crap on me once as well. Took refs, had me drive out, then no answer. To this day, she has never tried to contact me and offer any explanation. She has however posted on another board about "being back, and better than ever" or something to that effect. Like Maverick said. A phone call explaining whatever is going on in her head would have been nice. Matter of fact, once you set the appt, the phone call is OWED if you have to cancel for any reason. As long as she is physically able to use a phone. And if something happened where she could not get to a phone (heart attack, car accident, unexpected guest, whatever. Which by the way, I don't think anything like that happened) then the call should still be made when or if you are able to make it. You should respect your clients enough to explain & apologise when you no-show. But to not only.

Not answer the phone, then never try to call and explain at all, then go back to posting online as if nothing ever happened, is not only disrepecftul, but classless as well. That's my opinion anyway.

I had to adjust the time one time and she was able to accomodate me. I haven't received any spam email. I would encourage you to give her a try. It was a nice massage and she was very friendly.
