Have lightened up allegedly in NYC but would appreciate others more knowledgable to chime in. Some cities leave providers alone and go after donators, which always has me cautious. Last year, the new Manhattan the Eric Gonzalez opted to no longer prosecute prostitution cases. The other boroughs rapidly followed. The thinking was along the lines of what Decriminalization advocates have been seeking for quite some time. The caveat is that the anti-prostitution laws are still on the books and enforceable, its just that the District Attorneys in NYC (not sure about Staten Island) refuse to enforce those laws (much as they refuse to enforce archaic laws, like the law banning on haircuts on Sundays) As a consequence, NYC is a reasonably safe place to practice the hobby at the moment. Nothing new to report, streets still dead. I went to hunts point last night and didn't see a soul out there, winter season really brings the SW drought. I might have to check out fordham again and see if I can find some action this time.

Nothing there also except transformer zombies so its still dead and none worth seeing, so unless you willing to drive to Brooklyn, hunts point is dead until it gets warmer.
