The idea is to connect to an overseas relay server that takes your website request and sends it to the website you want to access (in this case TER). The website (TER) thinks the request is coming from the overseas server so it processes the request and sends it back to the relay server. The relay server then transfer the information back to you.

The TOR browser automatically redirects to an overseas ISP. I downloaded TOR, installed it, opened it, typed in "[URL]www.theeroticreview.com[/URL]" and VOILA! I'm on with no restrictions.
Do take the time to read all the info you can about TOR. You escape a lot of restrictions, but with freedom comes responsibility. You do open yourself up to more hacking.
