How to use a different IP
If you look at the very top of the TER site it states the site is only blocked in the US. If you get yourself a VPN you can easily spoof the TER site into thinking you are actually from another country. Worked for me pretending to be in UK.
BP is closed down as their website is hosted in the US.
The trick moving forward will be finding sites that operate overseas, like usasexguide does. Feds have less control over other countries than they like to think they do. I looked into overseas website hosting recently & Iceland comes up as a good place to host. Online gambling sites have the same issues as prostitution oriented sites now do as the Feds have decided we can only gamble where they want us to, so as to control the money supply. Land of the free, home of the brave.
Craven.
Yup, I was wondering if that would work. So TER is just checking IP address that is making the request to its site. Easy fix for that. For those that may need some help doing this, I recommend this: https://www.hide-my-ip.com/.
The idea is to connect to an overseas relay server that takes your website request and sends it to the website you want to access (in this case TER). The website (TER) thinks the request is coming from the overseas server so it processes the request and sends it back to the relay server. The relay server then transfer the information back to you.
