In the advertisement, the face is blurred to try to make it seem like it's a real picture of a provider, but the face isn't blurred in the original Instagram photo (attached below).

I dislike the setup at CS and Executive Center, and so do not have current information. Most of them are in CC, probably because of the available parking (assigned or guest), ample security and cameras everywhere, and the camaraderie of having and making friends in so many other similar businesses.
