There are a lot of factors that go into whether you are getting it bare. Sometimes the managers forbid it or discourage it, and sometimes the managers may tell the girls that it is okay, sometimes even with just a particular customer. If business is slow or they perceive that they have competition your odds go up. If they like you or you are a popular customers your odds go up.
If they give you their personal phone number that is a clear invitation.
In practice at MPs girls that will go bare when you give them $$ are more the exception than the rule.

The first one in NYC with the "sisters", I was planning to but the cost and no BBFS had me a little sour; however, thinking back, it was one my top 3 all-time duos, porn style (just with condom but no switching covers). The normal ask is 2 x (so 2 x $140-180) but sometimes while you are already 10-15 minutes with girl, the other will say just 100. So 100 is my limit.
