There are women who consider themselves to be "upscale" but are probably riskier than a 200/ hr lady. The concept isn't about how much she charges it is about her lifestyle and how good care she takes of herself etc. A lady who is addicted to habits would charge a lot and have excellent pics that make it look like she is "upscale" but it is quiet different in reality. As far as knowing if a provider is really low volume, well that's a crapshoot too unless you're with her 24/7.
