Burning question about providers.

I got to the location and called her trying to get her exact location and she never picked up from then on. Waited for around 20 minutes until I decided to try calling her from my other phone number. This only drew a red flag in my mind because this is now the second time it's happened. Last time she gave me a hotel and after I got there, she never picked up.
