Got ripped off! Was in this place during the day and had to pay 40 bucks up front for a private dance, and now I know why, go back and get an AIR DANCE! Could not get out of there quick enough. On a positive note, stopped by the Gold Club and got a good dance from a little hottie Trianna for 25 bucks, How many ripoff places like the Pink Pussycat Lounge are there in Tampa? And what are their names, so everyone can avoid them.

I did go to the udle part over the weekend and horrible experience a 15 VIP dance was $$ plus tip. Bleached blonde Emmy wanted $$$ , but I did found thta birtch didn't have protection. Yet, we went at it. Bouncer walked (think that they tried to scam me) in and he wanted at leasr. 4 cut on top of what I did spent. Teasers is alright, but if you are not black, you stand out. I never had a dance there. There is also Chocolate City which is by the old public pool. I did hear that a few shootings that have happen here.
2001- simple for tourists and over priced like Dollhouse and the oothers in the business district. Can you have take out, sure, but at higher prices than the average escort which tends to be $- $. 5 per hh it seems. Scarlets has a reputation to have extra there, but Cubans have charge more than the average (I haven't had a non Cuban or Spanish lady there).
Emperor and Gold has the same owner. Emperor tends to be the lower end of the two. I have had sex in both clubs and depends on the dancer. Emperors all nude is a scam, stay away.

Ppc has many regular customers.

I was in Tampa earlier this summer- had to try out the world famous Mons Venus Strip Club. The club is much smaller than I imagined. There are mirrors on the back walls that make it look larger than it is. It's kind of dark & there are steps around the club- I thought for sure I was going to trip- especially if I'm not paying attention. I think the cover was like $10 or 15- I forget. One big main stage in the center of the room. They usually had 3 gals dancing on it at once. They don't serve alcohol which is not a big deal for me, but might be for others. They have a juke box that plays the music, but sometimes it runs out. One dancer asked me to put money in it- I told her in a nice way that's not happening & to get bent. Dances are nude & done on either one far side of the room or the other with couches. There isn't a set price- I usually negotiated between $20-30 a song. There isn't a VIP Room like in some clubs. That doesn't bother me- but it might bother others.
The pros- It's a nude club. Most of the women are young and fit. I like them thin and fit so that's good. Seeing them walk around the club nude is awesome and almost worth the higher cover!

A lot of the VIP dances were tamer than I had hoped for- not the best grinding. They're also not cheap. If they were 10 dollars instead of 20-30 I'd give it a higher rating. No alcohol either.
Bottom line- It's okay- not great and dances are a little pricey and also not the best grinding full contact dances I've had. If you're in town & money is no object- go ahead and check them out. If you're a local- it really depends who gives you the VIP dance. Some dancers give better grinding lap dances than others. Regardless of which dancer you get- it can get expensive in a hurry.

I have learned that the the best looking is not equal best dances for sure. There are so many factor that come into play if the dance is good sych as extras are allowed, dances are hidden (same for VIP), they think that you are cute or an atm).

Long time strip club veteran. Everyone is different in what they like. If money is no object- Spearmint Rhino in Vegas is heaven. The place is huge- it's literally wall to wall beautiful women everywhere. Several stages, rooms, it's unreal. However, the dances there depend on who you get too and they're pricey. Unfortunately for many, including me, money is an object. I like going to clubs where the women are thin / fit, the lap dances are full contact, and the dances are cheap. I could care less if it's a bikini / g string club. Nude is obviously better, but if it's cheaper it's a trade off I'll take. It's nice to have a beer but not a big deal for me. For others it's a deal breaker. I hate the high pressure constant sales pitches too. There used to be a club in Rockford, IL State Street Station that was close to perfect in the 90's. Nice club, safe area cheap dances, low cover, VIP Room where the gals would go after they were done on stage, full contact lap dances, long songs, you could grab their ass, etc. It was great! I was visiting Tampa so I wasn't too worried about it. If I was a local that would be a bigger factor, but since I was only in town for a few days not a deal breaker. Dance prices I usually got were $20 or 25. Sometimes I'd get multiple dances. I won't pay $35 for a dance ever unless it was Cheryl Ladd in her 20's.

All of the clubs I recommended have full bars.
If you are in Orlando and decide you do want extras, their AMP scene is far better than Tampa Bay's.

Truth lounge can be good and have been offered take out $$$ and even $$ (wish that I was in the mood that day as she was a cute DR). Also 2 dancers in the day. At night, place gets busy around midnight. Mostly AA dancers average to above average and some white dancers who are thick.
Vixen (by Dacco), the after hour club, I only went once. I went around 1 am and all dancers in the back. So, I had a drink and left. All should know about Lipstixx usually 2-3 (3 is uncommon) and has been discussed at length here, but recent talent has kept me away.
I have been to Scarlet's since last year. All dancer seem to have a price here (like Gold and Emperor). I don't bother with the tourists clubs by the stadium. As for across the Bay, I have only venture to Clearwater (not Oz) as it was some corner strip club, kind of a dive. $ plus room fee will get you FS. I have been seeing that fellow mongers say that the action is better over there and more od a sure thing. I just don't know which clubs to go to and don't want to pay $$$ or $$ when I can find an escort for half that price.

So with my friends visiting Tampa we decided to hit the strip clubs of tampa.
This was something on my list but I always avoided because Tampa is mostly disappointing (when you are from texas).
-story in short: girls in tampa strips clubs don't know how to work in this industry / also ban mobile for girls inside strip clubs).
Well Saturday night 11 pm we began (1 k in cash for each one of us LOL).

This was our first stop. Quite a drive but alcohol was served.
First impression was not good as it was indeed very small. Later I found that all of them are small (hey don't blame me I am from texas yee haa).

Over crowded for a small place.
About 25 girls with barely any place to sit or even stand unless you want to stand on the way of waitress walking.
Ordered drinks at the bar after a decent amount of wait time but needed the buzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
Frankly place was not happening. Most people were just standing and looking at the main stage dance. Barely anyone tipping. Felt bad and needed to do something so went forward tipped the main stage dancer with 7-8 dollars and told her to come see later. Told here where I would be. Well she never came.
Second drink still not happening so went to a hot girl dancing at the podium, tipped her and started little conversation. She asked if I wanted a dance and I said yes but I am new here so tell how things work here. She said # $35 for 1 lap dance in the back # this caught me off guard as this seems high for tampa with non nude club. But said yes why not as needed the night to begin. She said she is up for the dance on the main stage and she will catch me up afterwards. I told her where I will be but she never came LOL.
Most girls were either standing in groups on mobile / or stuck with one man (alpha dude I guess).
Why did they become stripper.
Looks like no one wanted my money LOL so we left disappointed.
Second stop: ATLANTIS (because google maps said its near -- no judging).
Felt like ghetto.
7-8 girls only. Most girls were below average. Only one hottie stuck with one dude (another alpha?

Left after 1 dance and 2 drinks. The stripper told me to visit diamonds dolls.
Third stop: DIAMOND DOLLS.
Again small club. About 20 dancers only. Lots of people so no place to sit (barely any place to stand.).
I would say hot girls overall.
Girls were dancing on stage and small cages. Girls had weird attitude. They behaved nicely when I tipped them in cages or on main stage. I was tipping about $10 each time. Told about 5 of them to see me later. Told them where I would standing as there is no place to sit. Only 1 came but she was not interested in giving lapdances rather she wanted me to buy drinks. I don't mind but the bar was crowded to take order and she ran to some one who had place to sit. I observed she was drinking there.
Well 3 drinks and lots of tipping later I realized that no girl actually liked giving lap dances as no one was going to lap dance area.
Why did they become stripper. Did find another cuban who quoted # $30 # and said yeah give me 2 and let the night begin. Very bad lapdance, did allow roaming but really she wasnt into it. The dance area was completely empty.
Left disappointed. Did spend over 200 just in drinks and tips the dancers on stage.
4th stop: MONS VENUS.
Disappointed so much went to mons venus at around 3 am Sunday.
Small, hot girls, full nude.
About 30 dancers. Everything open, no private lapdances. 1 stage.
Worst part: stage was surrounded by people with no place to sit or stand. No one was tipping and I couldn't find a way in to tip. I am not a boorish barging guy.
2-3 girls danced together, others roamed around asking if anyone wanted dances.
Prices on the board # $25- $35 per dance # that sucks I don't know how to negotiate.
Was approached by a thin little cuban. She said $60 for 2 and I said yeah let the night begin. Good dance with lots of roaming. Dances are in open (like vegas style).
After this is saw one very hot asian looking girl dancing on stage. Went forward to tip but people wouldn't even give way. (now I am wondering maybe tipping is not allowed LOL).
That girl disappeared and I was approached by very short white girl. Pretty. These girls don't know how to get money out of men. She asked directly if I wanted a dance. I was little annoyed with no skills in pampering but said yeah. Since it was crowed and I decided to go for 4 dance for 100. Decent dance until she says she likes her butts and boobs squeezed, then it was a good dance LOL.
After she left I sat there for 10 minutes, now not wanting any dance but needed little strip clubs experience. Texted my friends, we should we early as this wasnt really happening.
Again I saw the asian looking hottie. Sitting alone like an idiot. (why did you become a stripper). So like another idiot I approached her and made small talk. Told her to sit on my laps for some time, she obliged. Decided another 4 for 100 lapdance and her eyes were lit up. Now I think spending $100 is a big deal in tampa strip clubs. Good dancer. Totally enjoyed. Told her I will visit again and see her again. I might on a slight off night like Thursday. This would have been good if they had alcohol. Sunday evening dropped off my friends at airport. Still had some cash left to went to thee dollhouse at around 9 pm. Place was dead with 3 strippers (2 on phones 1 with another ALPHAAAAAA).
Order 1 drink and asked the bartender if this was going to improve, she said yes about 10 things will improve.
Couple of strippers walked in. Straight to changing room.

After her, I kept tipping more, got couple of dances from 4-5 more girls. Offered drinks to everyone but all of them denied. (found our later how the club was sued for allowing a drunk stripper to drive to death so they are strict about girls drinking. Sucks). Not many people and girl to customer ratio was 1 to 1 but so was the ratio of mobile phones. Most girls here don't know how to make money. No one really approached me by themselves excepted the ones I tipped on stage. (some missed there too) 3-4 drinks, 5-6 lapdances. Left at about 11 pm. At that time about 10 -12 girls were there.
Overall I might visit again here but not my first choice as mostly I am disappointed in tampa.
Things were awesome in texas. Mobile phones werent the best friend. Girls were always roaming and hunting to guy sitting alone. They knew even the cheapest guy had money for 1 dance and they wanted that. (babydolls teaches girls to approach guys all the time / one girl even told me that club owner didn't like girls spending time on mobiles).
Still I am looking for a good club in tampa. Will try 3-4 more clubs this week.

Truth lounge can be good and have been offered take out $$$ and even $$ (wish that I was in the mood that day as she was a cute DR). Also 2 dancers in the day. At night, place gets busy around midnight. Mostly AA dancers average to above average and some white dancers who are thick.
Vixen (by Dacco), the after hour club, I only went once. I went around 1 am and all dancers in the back. So, I had a drink and left. All should know about Lipstixx usually 2-3 (3 is uncommon) and has been discussed at length here, but recent talent has kept me away.
I have been to Scarlet's since last year. All dancer seem to have a price here (like Gold and Emperor). I don't bother with the tourists clubs by the stadium. As for across the Bay, I have only venture to Clearwater (not Oz) as it was some corner strip club, kind of a dive. $ plus room fee will get you FS. I have been seeing that fellow mongers say that the action is better over there and more od a sure thing. I just don't know which clubs to go to and don't want to pay $$$ or $$ when I can find an escort for half that price.

Foxy's was where Chalotte's is now, next door to The Todd on Nebraska at Fletcher. Somebody was murdered in the parking lot a few months ago, really nice place! (By Nowatney).

The biggest problem is how inconsistent they all are around the Bay area. I've been on days that I couldn't believe how unbelievable a time I have with hotter than usual girls willing to throw FS at me without even asking for a tip (I give them one anyway). I've left excited thinking I'm going to lose a lot of money over the next few months. Go back a couple of times the next week and regret walking in the place. I've been on a Tuesday and had an experience like the old days. Go back on Wednesday and can barely finish a beer before I want to run out of there.
The better ones run hot and cold like this, some of the not so great ones are more consistently bad. It's best to make a run & if it doesn't feel right head to the next. Lots of guys are constantly running between Oz & DD to see who's having a better day. We're out of season too so that has a large impact on the experience. A lot more action & girls January through March.

The only Foxy's I remember is the one that became Allure in Pasco. OTOH, I do remember when Lipstixx was located on some back street south of MLK and the Class Act was located on Fletcher (before I guess it moved to the location that was Foxy's).
