Just tell them you want to meet, let them tell you how much. Most seem to only respond when they feel like working and ignore all calls / messages at other times unless you have seen them before. The sooner you can meet a girl after making contact the better. Trying to schedule too far in advance greatly increases your chances of getting ghosted. All these things improve as you go to more expensive girls. Get a list of maybe 15 girls you would like to meet.
