I don't always have success with here she is definitely bipolar and I think she only walks when she's manic, sometimes has some really tangential thoughts and is a little out there. She is very nice and sweet though! She usually has way too many bags on her. I usually see her walking by the party store or by neogen, usually the side streets. She is very infrequent so times are difficult, but usually in the afternoon. Last time I saw her she wouldn't go lower than 40 for CBJ but it was really good covered head for what it's worth.
