There's one thing that can make a visit start off wrong is when they ask for more to do more.

I wonder if the owner or manager is aware of this up-selling?

Can you imagine if Mary found out one of her ladies was asking $20-$50 more to do a TS or to finish CIM?

But, as soon as I get the "up sale", I know that I'm done with having a good time. If there needs to be any bartering / pricing issues for services they need to be done at the very beginning of the encounter so that we can move forward without interruptions and all parties know what is on the table and what is expected.
