Hell, brother UE as far as alternates it's cheaper to go to the AMP than go to the damn bar instead of $300/ night it's $200 a night with the extra $100 can go AMP again sooner than would go back to the bar. Some of these princesses make over 5 K tax free a month. And that is not including the gifts from that LVBs. They are pocketing $14 for every neko right now. If the neko price hike to $30, they would probably be collecting $22 per neko.

Have the mama san offer reduced prices in quickie 1/2 price 30 minute specials or cheap HJ or BJ so that the KBG can earn some extra $$ when its slow. I bet many customers at all the KB on Kapiolani would be thinking, "why spend $100 on KBG and only get stink finger when I can walk over for FS at that price"? The KBG would be more pressured to perform at cheaper prices than ask for $30 neko when her customer says "I can get a BJ at Cascino instead!
Most of the KBs are losing money right now, so slim chance of a bar will be at the Casino site. I don't think the site will be a long lease cause next door Summit is about to folding up it's tents. The Summit / casino lot will probably be developed along with 74, EG lot.

However, I hope you know the Chinese guys only bought the Casino lot and the neighboring property with Pacific Diamond on Kapiolani, and the old pet store on Makaloa. The lot with 74 and Talent is owned by a different business entity that also owns the separate lots with the adult store and Evergreen. That LLC is a consortium of 4 or 5 other LLCs owned by a local family. Btw, I'm not calling you an idiot.
The Chinese bought the Summit / Casino lot we all know, it would not take a rocket scientist to figure out what the other lot owner would do if a attractive offer come around. These developers have the money to spend. I doubt the other lot owner would hang on to the lot if good money is lay on the table. Beside. I wonder if the lot owner able to collect the rent from the bar owners promptly since the business is so dead lately.
