Prior to the current environment, Summit / Butterfly has always been associated with gambling and gamblers. Birds of a feather do flock together; she of the gaming albatross.

She may actually have a viable plan for the business, whether it's legitimate or not; I don't sell anybody short.

TC is turning her place into a shit house. She just hired a bouncer, the guy is a pretty big dude look like a cop. Perhaps the young rowdy Chinese dudes hang around with the young Chinese girls getting kind of out of control, they are getting a free ride talking to the girls. Loud and rowdy, you don't want to mess around with the gang.

I never saw the bouncer, but if that's true, customers are bound to see trouble in or nearby there eventually. The best thing we can all do is insist on not being one of the locals getting sucked dry and let the Chinese use their own for customer base. Then we'll see how long they'll hang around.

Pretty smart to me business on a Sunday was way more busy then EG at that time. Wendy the bartender is a hottie to me but looks like she doesn't play.

Chinese Wendy does not play. She is there to provide talking. You get it. Her Chinese friends usually come Friday to give her support, not spending big, just making a lot of noises.

Heard it through the grapevine, Summit lease will not be extended, the Summit / Casino might be tear down along will 74, Talents, EG for new development in the area. Super block development is in the making like the one across the street at Walmart. Rail project coming in the area soon, we will see a lot of small business closing, buildings demolish, street closing and busting up. Pearl City and Waipahu are in a mess right now.

Maybe it is better for me anyway, since I still live in Kalihi, saving me a trip to town.

Now that Maya has returned, some KBG'S will be moving from Summit and EG to 74. But it is only the old retreads.

Speaking of KBG movement, J. M. , the former pro golfer has been seen in town. Probably will be working for Mimi mama at EG.

Amateur or professional? Have not met anyone that is professional golfer working at the bar. Maybe he could get a side job teaching KBGs how to golf.

Met a friend who is a vet on this site last Friday at International and was kinda weird. I was managing a massive hangover from the previous night but agreed to meet up because we all know the best cure for a hangover is to pound again. Although I didn't drink too much. I'm blinded from the early afternoon sun as I am entering the establlishment and noticed an attractive lady or attractive enough for me to look but kinda hard as my old eyes are still adjusting to the environment. But I did have the distinct feeling this gal wanted to jump my bones there and now. Never had that experience so I slowly played along but was rough cause that hang was pretty massive. Long story short made out on the bar after my partner left felt a little sorry the guys that were there cause service was on & off during my duration but was interesting. Nice culo for a kbg she wore a daisy-duke kinda shorts with a weird t-shirt. Attractive for a daytimer, slim with a-cups, nice smoothe skin. Good personality as personalities would go for a kbg. Got name & digits so may have to reach out & touch someone sometime soon. Weird experience.

Figure Misty's and Cache will be gone within the next year on Kona St. Anything near the rail station will be prime real estate. They call it Transit Oriented Development. As the leases run out the bars will fade away as the land owners look for much higher rents. Property that is in the way of the station or the support structures will simply be purchased and levelled. Done deal so no amount of complaining will matter. A guy mentioned maybe looking to buy property along the line and getting in on the action. I'd say that idea was a day late and a dollar short.

J is good enough to play local golf tournaments, championship flight; top ten finisher at times. He may be affiliated with HiKai GC in some manner and guess things never work out with mainland gig.
