Taking the price stucture you mentioned, good quality legit massages are readily available for 60 hr + 20 tip. For AMP sessions, 80 hr + 40 tip is a readily available price and, if you shop carefully, should include a good massage, table shower, and clothed HJ. For an independent sensual masseuse, 120 hr is directly comparable to the AMP session and that price should include at least a clothed HJ. With the indie you give up the table shower option but you usually get a higher level of privacy.

Using those price levels as a baseline, I personally don't consider any provider to be GPS if she gives the basic level of service for the base price listed above. Some might not give great massages, or maybe their HJ skills are lacking, but that's a different issue than being GPS.
