When I monger outside the US, payment pretty much always is after the service. In my hometown, many but not all of the providers want the money up front. I don't mind paying up front with reviewed providers. But with a random pickup in a casino, it seems like there is more of a risk of rip-off, upsell etc.
So. What advice can I get from the regulars on this? Will the ladies accept the idea of getting their money when they are ready to leave?

CG's will more than likely want to be paid up front. That way they have the opportunity to pull some sort of scam or trick to take the cash and dash. Most well known indys though will just want the donation left in an envelope that they will collect when they are ready to leave.

No.
What does work tho is to pre-negotiate a tip. So if you say, buck fifty to come back to my room and I'll give you another fifty at the end if you have a good attitude and no upselling, you have established the fact that you are fair, considerate, and know what you're doing.
Before you get started, you MUST be reasonably specific about what you want, without being gross about it. Use the lingo you find here on the board. If you can't make yourself clear about what you want, you will get the upsell 100% of the time. You don't have to be anatomically correct. "Oh, you know, a little of this and a little of that. Say half and half." That's plenty. But note the code words there. "My I love Paris. Do you speak French?" This part of the conversation is your responsibility; the girl will not make suggestions.

Most of these casino girls will play that trick saying $$ will only get her to your room, after you given her the money. Vegas does has a high disproportionate number of ROB's. As the old saying goes there's a sucker born every minute.

I don't think too many will wait until they are ready to leave to get the money . But never pay them any money until you are in the room and are very clear about what is included for the money that is about to be exchanged . If you find them on the casino floor , or walking around , and they come back to your room alone , you can feel pretty sure they are not LE . At this point , I feel comfortable being specific during the conversation.
The main thing is only have out the money you are willing to spend , have the rest in the room safe or hidden , before you go out on the troll . Never leave them alone in the room ,even for you to go to the bathroom . And make sure you haven't left any valuables or reciepts with c/c info in the bathroom , because they will surely go in there .

One thing I do is touchy feely on the elevator up to the room. I try to wait for one that is empty. Then I negotiate specifics and a specific price as I know there is no chance the girl is LE.
You almost for certain will be asked to pay upfront, but in this case the girl should be in your room and ready to get naked.
Another thing...and I know this may not be a popular sentiment..but I totally avoid bcg. I feel there is a significantly greater chance of getting ripped off. I also avoid the caucasian 30ish burned out looking ones as in my estimation, those are nearly always rip offs.
I was out in Vegas to enjoy the basketball tourney as well as the ladies. It seemed that I had much more success with the ladies than betting on the games. I must admit that there didn't seem to be a whole lot out as compared to previous trips. I normally hang out from Harrah's to Bill's and there always seems to be plenty of girls walking from casino to casino. Wednesday night was very dead, but I was fortunate enough to find some fun with a civilian at a bar. No cost, no hassle, and was at her room so could leave when ready. Thursday didn't seem much better as far as talent goes so I ended up meeting up with a "friend" I had made from a previous trip. She was fun and accomodating as always. The problem was she wasn't actually out working so I had to wait for her to arrive. Friday night was a little more regular. I found a bcg walking in front of Imperial Palace. Her name was Yasmine. She was about 5'-5", 110, very perky b's, and completely shaven. We had a nice conversation and actually hung out for about a half hour before undressing. I've RTFF and thank everyone who has taken the time to post good advice and information. I'm just wanting to do a little market research on the current state of things, as it seems like negotiable rates vary as much as the stock market these days. Will be staying at the Excalibur, Luxor, MGM corner of town for 8 days and then at the Golden Nugget for 4 days and will be getting a room to sleep in and another room to hobby (the room rates are so cheap the best way I figure to keep my stuff safe is to not have any in the same room I want to poon in). If I am looking around Excalibur and surrounding area outside, will starting with a $ price point with a bottom line of $$ do the trick for most CG's in this area these days? Do folks find just a no haggle bottom line works better or does the lowbal and haggle work better for folks? Anyway there in a week and any current advice would be appreciated.
