I've known addicts to, believe it ir not, shoot it in the corner of their eye. All they need is to hit a vein. That's why top of yhe hand and wrists work out well. With the advent of small gauge insulin needles going up the arm is no longer necessary. I've read a lot about it and apparently if the needle gets clogged they can remove it and shoot the liquid into their colon so its not completely wasted.
