I have posted on this topic before. An agency having your name means absolutely nothing. There are many ways to argue that away. To arrest you, they would have to prove that you saw a girl and money changed hand. Do you really think Cook County district attorney is going to spend time and resource to get you on a misdemeanor, when they have tons of cases to deal with?

The agency does not book the hotel until they have a confirmed booking. I know this because a couple of times after I booked and asked for which hotel, they said wait and they would book now. I think they use Priceline or one of those last minute booking sites. You can get a nice hotel for around 100. So all the agency needed is one booking to break even.
