Specifically re providers Ashley, Megan and Annie. I've seen threads about pricing (tips) for expanded options. But, does anyone know about tip-amounts for basic massage with HE? Are the tips in line with other providers ("match the door fee" more or less)? Or, do *all* services cost more than that, incl the basics?
