I remember some ads where her eyes were clearly bloodshot and booze was in the background. With all the name changes and different costumes, she my be schizophrenic. She may be running from something. Either way, probably best to avoid.

I was told a while ago that minors can get piercings and tattoos with parental consent. I'm not sure to be honest. I usually prefer women that's noticeable atleast 20+ just to be one the safe side. Not tattoos, unless some asshole parent puts a tattoo on their kid at a young age with a homemade tattoo. I saw that shit on a toddler one time and was pissed at the parents.
