1) Google Image Reverse Search. If you are using Chrome you can right click and search for the image or you can save the image link and search on google images. This will help so much to determine if the picture being used is being used elsewhere either in multiple cities or is a porn star.
2) Google the number or Escort Index. I think this site does its best to consolidate ads so you can see how many numbers and city ads are being posted in.
3) don't risk it for the biscuit. I am driven by multiple hotels where there has been a cop presence and the girl has told me to come anyway. Besides Bridgeton I haven't seen a recent bust in the news but I can tell you from my work experience its happening especially in the city.

Reanne is top notch, and even if you stayed at the 200 level, you'll still get one of the better experiences in St. Louis. YMMV of course, but I seriously doubt you will be disappointed--and my guess is that you will be pleasantly surprised. She has very flexible hours.
Your other option is Eden who has a:30 all inclusive F / S visit.
