You know, I noticed that a lot of the providers on there try various ways to disguise their numbers in the ad copy (like "three" instead of "3", and so on), and I always assumed that was to limit their number being searched online or found by a "bot" or whatever. But the URL for their ads seems to ALWAYS have their legible number in it, so I think that's something the host site does automatically. Although I have no idea how such software would even work.

If you've ever posted an item for sale on craigslist and you don't use that format, you'll be getting texts from all over the world, asking if they can pay you international shipping to buy that pair of old sneakers you have for sale LOL. There is usually a catch, they need to send a check, or transfer money or some other BS scam. Bottom line. Writing in this odd number format helps prevent those Bots from picking up numbers on ads and spamming them. -Joey.

Found myself a few hours between trips today so as I was perusing the forums, a couple visitors caught my eye.
