I was there last month and I didn't see anything but junkies with lots of mileage, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I go to Louisville often as well, and usually find more there than in SF. Sorry to be bad news.

I know that others have said to go over to Oakland. I don't go for BSW's and that is all I saw last time I was over there. I have heard of reports of WSW's in Oakland but have not seen them.
