Korean Bar Reports

Lastnight my friend wanted to go to the bar so first we stop by Butterfly. Nutthing to talk about next stop New Casino. It's the same like H Mobius posted, only thing is Jenny never gave me a back rub. Anyone know who the tall skinny bartender with the huge black ring on her left her hand? Next stop Mayas(pee break) restroom lights looks brighter then last time I was there. NEXT MOONFLOWER! A girl sat with my friend and said she remember me when I use to go to Camelot to see Amy(thats long time ago) A girl sat next to me, Lesha(sp) wanted a drink told her get a bottle beer not the small bottle but the big one but she never like so told her I not going buy her drink. Then she said heineken for 40 dollar I was like "FUCK NO! " so she went to get her drink then mama came and told me they can only have the small bottle or glass drinks so told mama never mind than and thank you for saving me money and put my hundred dollar bill back in my pocket. Never buy girls drinks long time and I quit drinking 3 weeks ago so mind kind of alert. After my green tea went to Splash.

Had the same experience around 11:00 last night. But most of the hoes didn't seem interested in my money - just sat around looking at me walk around. The KBGs do not understand cash flow, cost averaging, inventory, etc., so they will be trying to 'pull out the plant' instead of replanting the field. The true nekohana boycott will actually be instigated by the KBGs due to greed and lack of savvy; they only know how make money doing monkey business; not due to any personal acumen.

Anyway, bruddahs, going get better for us if we play this right. Take care out there and no get too 'bust up'.

After drinking at the other bar I remember someone post about splash and thought that place will be dead. BIG MISTAKE! As we was walking in saw a lady that use to work in Eagles(my friend partner)she walk with us in splash and then saw one of my fav bartender Yuri. Remember wen she was working at T time, jack shot 4 shot and she hot too. Someone said she is married, so she came by me and look at my green tea and ask whats this, told her I quit drinking. She ask for a drink I said no and never see after that. Drinking green tea all night and only spend 23 dollar.

I wonder how much of the KB patrons converted to going to AMPs (for a sure thing and fixed cost). For the same matter, I wonder how many KBGs will have to start trying to compete with AMPs in regards to stopping the game playing and reducing the cost for entertainment.

If it gets that bad here the girls will go back to the mainland, whether it's LA or Atlanta or NY.

You would think that dropping the costs would help the situation but the kb's don't think like that. When they raised the price for rooms and champagne and wine, customers stopped going to the rooms as much (me too). But they still won't waver and drop the prices so at many bars the room sit empty.

They will probably close first before they would drop prices that much IMHO.

She wants to cater to the tourists and foreigners but now with them non existent she has to be nice to the locals instead. Even now she will forego the locals if a bunch of foreigners come in, she will take whatever girl she wants even if the girl is already with a local customer (unless of course the local guy is a big spender).

I think she's Miki's manager or has some rank like an assistant matchmaker. Anyway, she makes bucks for the joint in playing pimp and makes sure the players get a taste of the money.

Miki's not as bad as the 'bar owner' persona she projects and she's no angel, either. She got big bucks on the line at that place and probably has ulcers, tics, hives, etc., from all the BS related to the business.

BTW, I'm nothing but a customer and would like to leave it that way in the all the bars I bother. What role the owner plays in the success of the business was discussed in prior posts and I'm sure the reponses were typical of most bargoers.

Second BTW, if you like tall (5'10" in heels) and majestic wahines, check out Eve. If you like slim, medium height, with big chichis, check out Eve herself.

It then reminded me of something and I think Gina deserves the following commendation, in spite of my post:

While Gina was sitting with me (and coincidentally she just got the drink) some "foreigners" came in and Miki came right over to our table all hyped-up, wanting her to go to those customers. Gina declined, giving a non-verbal gesture like "I don't give a fuck about them I'm with someone." Miki grunted and left.

I was impressed and thanked Gina, who then said, "That's not right." In all my years of mongering no girl ever did that, so in Gina's defense I wanted to post this. You guys can weigh things out.

From what I understand, a KB working behind the bar needs a S.S.# for her LC card, so that means that Yuri must have a grren card. I heard she has a GC marriage.

Which girls are nice and friendly that don't push for drinks? Are there any? Where do they work? Want to start meeting nice girls. Like the milfs.

Initially and historically, some KBGs no 'push' to suck you in for the big kill; they like you make the first move so they can make like it's not their fault. Money-making is like [I]blood in the water[/I] and the ensuing [I]feeding frenzy[/I] for all KBGs.

However, I sincerely hope that you beat the odds and find a 'nice girl'.

Note, many non korean girls aren't on Miki's payroll so they have no obligation to follow her orders. A number of new girls will follow her orders as they are afraid of getting kicked out but once they wise up and realize that they have the power (since they bring in the customers) they don't have to be led around by her and can sit with their customers instead. Many of the korean girls are on her payroll and have no choice but to follow her orders. Some non korean girls are also on her payroll (possibly) and so have to follow her orders too. But if you notice she will take more of the korean girls to the rooms when her special customers come in. She will skip the j girls and some

A few workers there are critical of Miki and her place due to the dictatorial style of management. They feel llike she isn't 'up to speed' to handle the current business climate and will not budge or even listen to their suggestions. At this point it's all about cash flow and inventory; shouldn't even think of making more than cost + XX%, IMO.

Went there tonight with a friend about midnight. Boy was it slow. Was there an hour and pretty much noone walked in. Bought 2 drinks. Sat with Francis (sp?). She a wild one. She has a really naughty mouth. She definitely talks the talk, not sure about walking the walk. Local girl I think. Mixed ethnicity. Definitely not a k-unit. Probably mid 30's. I'm sure if you sat with her, you'd remember her.

Friend sat with amy. She works behind the bar. Definitely k-unit. Much nicer. Mid-30's. Has a really nice rack. Not sure if real or not, but the puppies do look nice.

I remember some mentioning a Miho? Francis introduced me to her. She is a hottie IMHO

Anyhow, $40 at a kbar is cool with me. Jr. Got some rubs but wasn't looking or had the cash to see if action was available. Looks like the boycott still on gents.

Hello, all. I've not had the opportunity to actually contribute to this forum but I've dropped by a number of times over the past few years. Most interesting of course. I wasn't aware of the boycott but I'm glad it was brought up and implemented. Successful or not.

So the guys I drink with are usually "older-timers"; they're either retired or about to retire. I suggested a "Rule" when we imbibe whenever or wherever. If a guy buys a drink for $20, then it's either a regular size beer or sojou in a rock glass or short glass. Sojou is just a wine, so why the heck should we pay 20 for a "shot" of wine? If the "lady" is a friend, often they just say water or tea. One is OK with me but that's an individual decision. Small beers are a nono. At least not for 20. They want to do a small one, it's 10. And they always coalesce for the large.

It's easy once you train them. And it's easy to say, since "our rule is the. The. The. " whether your alone or with a group. Upon return, there are no questions asked. They just bring the "right" drink for the right price. And no hard feelings; they're happy.

Which leads me to another plan we had concieved. I'll try to address in a future post. It's almost a guarantee to cut the price of a niko to 10. Or whatever we want.

Last comment on the future of kb's. I've discussed it with many of the older timers both customers and ladies. It seems to me that the younger girls don't care to develop a relationship (friendship) with the customers. It's just a hit and run approach. "I'm princess; I sit around looking great; I want just drink_ee and take your money ". We all know the story. Consequently, as the older timers retire. The ones that have been around for a while. Some for a long while. But they cook, they have a following that has been nurtured over the years and thus BUSINESS. Not so with the younger crowd. They can't / don't care to cook. So there will come a day when all these "core" ladies are all gone and the younger ones never developed a following. And thus the potential demise of the kb's. Just food for thought. Don't get me wrong. I'm not feeling bad for them. I used to drive by kb's and see all the nice cars. Caddies, lincolns, now Benz, bimmers, audi, etc. WOW, the patrons got to have some bucks. Little did I know the nice cars belonged to the girls and NOT the customers. In general. They pull down some amazing kala.

Drove around Kalihi yesterday and noticed Club Jihae is now called Uni's Place. That's the small dingy place next to Au's Garden and Han Yang korean restraunt. Only old guys used to hang out there. I wonder if anyone knows who the owner is now and if there is any talent there? Maybe I should have stopped in and done some recon.

I was at Camelot tonight and saw a hot chick in one of the rooms tonight that came out a couple of times. When I was leaving her customer was leaving too and she sounded local. I'm not too great with races, but she looked Japanese to me. Any clue who that is? No worries boycott people I never buy no chicks drinks.

Went into D'Amour, nothing outstanding but there was a local-looking oriental-looking girl, Body = 7, Face = 8.5, very nice smile, mid to late 20's and tanned. She didn't come by me though. I just enjoyed the view of one of the older (eyes had lots of wrinkles but body looked youngish) bartendresses whose boobs were almost falling out; Face = 6, Tits = 9.

New Casino had several hostesses but no eye candy. Their talent comes and goes, so I look forward to the next crest.

Club Tomorrow had very few hostesses, one or two were okay-looking but no real eye candy. Anna (formerly of the old Business) seems to have grown a butt; it looked good. Too bad she reduced her jugs a long time ago.

Hello Eve had 2 pretty ones cruising in the booth but they were stuck-up. They were the best-looking ones IMO for the whole night.

I remember when girls were more welcoming; now it's like they don't care. If you are reading this, how do you expect to drum-up business and get the 20's in customers' wallets to wind-up in your purse?

The issue is not the food; it's the courtesy and attitude. Now, I don't give a rat's ass; get plenty places to eat besides the bar. F them.

To be fair, got at least two guys I have witnessed who 'eat up' and no leave tip all the time. You F'ers not helping, either. If you no like spend money, stay home.

BTW, excluding the 'welcoming' issue, bar assessments were right on, IMO.

Anna has a bigger butt now because she’s gaining weight. She never had a reduction, she’s all natural, maybe her stomach is bigger so it looks like her jugs are not as big as before.

I don't have 1st hand knowledge and this was prob 1-2 yrs ago so if anyone else can verify that would be best. Otherwise take it from an ole guy with memory probs. I sat with her once and posted, but never repeated. Can't even remember what she looks like now.

The Frances you're talking about is different. This Frances only has one kid (son, 2yrs old), she is in her 30's and has a dirty mouth, she's a lot of fun once you get to know her. I know this Frances very well.

I'm proud to say that I've held my end of the KB Boycott. I pat myself on the back! Haven't spent a dime on any of them ROBs. But...I did spend my hard earned cash elsewhere..check the mature 40+ thread...
