Just finished a little ride around. Saw quite a few girls out tonight. Four of them were actually worth my time, and one was a real cute 20 something blonde that was the best thing I've seen in Brockton in a long time. Sadly I didn't actually get to pick anyone up, because Uncle Leo was there every time I turned around. I wish they'd go back to finding somewhere to take a nap around 2 or 3.

Thats kinda a turn off for me. Yea all of a sudden it got real busy around 3-4 pm with Le, for the better part of the day it was quiet. But girls didn't show up til that time of the day either.
If they spent as much time and resource arresting the Dealers .

She had her hair down, went passed mid back, and she was wearing a long black coat that was open. The first few times I passed she was walking alone, then was with a group of guys near the park.

Prostitution arrests are just a quick and easy way for Uncle Leo to boost their numbers for the election year. Busting dealers is real work; more dangerous, and much more time consuming. Which means far lower arrest numbers in comparison for the same resources. Plus, thanks to Martha, it gets far more publicity.

Your more spot on than you know re: "Busting dealers is real work; more dangerous, and much more time consuming" as well as violent crimes, killings, batteries, car thefts, etc. Compared to them vice is much easier with the new laws, right behind ordering increases in speeding citations. The people behind include up for re-election: district ats, Selectmen and Counselors, and Sheriffs, and the good boys club LEO Chiefs Assoc. Two sources out and about over heard the loose lips bragging thing going on. They're having they're hay days. Election. Yes!

Maybe if it were let on to news that a number of these people are involved with these activities things would slow down. Oh forgot election time, rules are momentarily changed.

I was at the Elm Court visiting the other morning, standing in the lobby using the pay phone, waiting, and there had to be at least 5 girls walk in and out of their in the course of 15 minutes.
