i went out on patrol on 7-11. them numbers are suppose to be lucky....well there was no luck for me on that day.

i decided to do a full long range monger patrol and hit every fuckin spot i knew in the valley. there were some straglers out there but nothing that caught my eye.

i started the patrol around 4pm on lv blvd south by southpoint and headed north. sometimes you might find something wandering around the old budget suites but nothing.

i then swerved over to dean martin/industrial and headed north toward trop. nothing on dm so i made a left on trop. i spotted a skinny wsw walking in front of mcd's, but she was not to my liking. i continued west to jones blvd, circled back toward dm and saw nothing.

i then made a left on dm and headed north. after passing sapphire's i spotted a blonde wsw headed south. she was wearing shorts and a tanktop and had a nice round booty. she was giving cars including mine the look. by the time i circled around, somebody grabbed her in the sapphire parking lot.

i then continued north on dm under the sahara overpass and made the right going into naked city. i circled around the streets behind the stratosphere and saw a old, very old wsw lurking around the 7-11. she may have been in her late 50's and obviously wearing a maroon color wig and so skinny, she looked like a holocaust survivor.

i continued circling around, but had to get out of the area because of heavy metro black and whites. i then proceeded around the strat and went north on lv blvd.

i circled off of lv blvd and back to 4th st and headed north. i circled around the streets behind the am/pm on charleston and found nothing. i got back on 4th and headed north and made a right on stewart.

i went down stewart toward maryland and saw nobody. not even brittany. i circled back and headed on ogden to 7th st and circled back on fremont.

i got down to where the u-haul place is and there was a fat ugly wsw hitchhiking at the busstop. i pass.

crossed charleston and continued on fremont/boulder. spotted nothing at the busstops or the 7-11 behind the old castaways lot. continued south and spotted a tall skinny darkskin bsw. i think she is a tranny cuz the woman is to ugly.

continued south on fremont. at the circle k on st. louis, the bus stop in front had 4 sw's. i u-turned on sahara to get a better look, but they were grouped together and all looked ****. there was a nicely built bsw, a bsw with huge thighs and a big booty that i liked, a small blond wsw with a big booty, and another nicely built bsw. cuz they looked **** and were grouped together, it was a bad call, so i passed.

i then proceeded north on lv blvd to bonanza and hit d st and checked out the westside. i spotted a skinny druggy looking bsw and nothing else. came back to lv blvd around jerry's nugget and saw nothing. i then proceeded east on lv blvd headed out past pecos. saw nothing.

made a u-turn and drove to rancho. circled around the budget suites and then headed south on rancho and saw nothing.

continued down rancho and made a left on oakey back to the strat/naked city area. saw nothing.

came back around on casino center and saw nothing.

proceeded back toward downtown and hit stewart, ogden and carson and nothing.

finished my patrol around 7:30pm and said fuck it, and went home.

big disappointment.

Dosed off and started dreaming mid day again. Was tired all morning but dreams about trop and desert inn weren't too exciting. Had a 3rd dream that I was on BH mid day around noon. Turned left off of DI and drove up to Lowe's. Nothing. Busted you and headed south. Nothing until Flamingo. Spotted a very nice (8) HSW on the west side of BH northbound from Flamingo. Circled into the Big Lots parking lot and picked her up on the side of the building by BH next to the mexican restaurant (I think). Did immediate LE check. That's where my dream turned into a nightmare since she was looking for directions to $60 and since I am new to the area only knew how to get to $205 so she exited stage right. Oh well, at least I got a squeeze of nice natural b-cup for free during the aforementioned LE check. Made sure I squeezed nipple as well. Not bad though. Asked for digits. Had none. In the biggest little city of my namesake, prices rose to $30. They would always ask more but settle at $30 though I could usually lower my standards and find one for $20 if I was strapped for cash. Now this HSW today would have been the best looking SW I would have ever scooped up but $60? For real? If anyone can send me a price scale, that will help me with my negotiations. PM is fine. In Vegas for 20 bucks you get no teeth bitches and crackhoes. I was paying .2 in 1975. Don't expect much for that. If the SW is fine .5 or .6 for BJ is nothing. VB and I do sw's and you do strip clubs. Whatever makes you feel best. As I said in my report, maybe its the challenge of a diamond in the rough, the adrenaline rush of not being seen and getting away with it, the competition with others for a limited product, and I am sure a myriad host of other reasons, but the fact exists that I only do an amp only very, very, rarely, and the other 98% of the time are sw's and no cg's at all. Why? Just cause it is what it is. I'm 63, and this is one habit that is not going away, but admittedly it has for about 9 months for the reasons mentioned in my report.

Often to us, it does not feel like all that effort and yes, occasionally it is frustrating and we do waste a bit of gas. How many times have you tried but struck out with some gal in a club? I agree with you 100%. I been hitting the Vegas strolls since the late 90's. Back in the day the Vegas tracks were like the buffet at the Rio.

All you had to do was start at LV Blvd and fremont and drive south to Sam's Town and you would find at least 10 girls at any time of the day. If nothing caught your eye, you would do a u-turn at Sam's and head back and there would be about 5 to 10 new different girls.

You could hit that track and find something within 15 minutes. Nowadays, you can patrol all day and not find nothing. There is that chance of finding that diamond. If you read past threads for the past year, a small group of people have found them, but they disappear like a ghost.

And like what 10safeOsory stated, its the thrill of the hunt and chase and the rush it gives you. Playing cat and mouse with LE, competing with other mongers and a host of other reasons.

Be safe out there people.........LE has to justify their jobs so they are on the hunt for us instead of real criminals.

I've done that too, surprise to me that others do it.

But after I have done my "patrols" in the past, i noticed I wasted alot of gas and end up with nothing and very rarely a good sw, so that's why I turned to amps, in 2 days of trolling that could buy me a massage and with money I would give the sw, I could give that to the amp. Pros of amps are that i can go to their establishment, I get something for the initial entrance fee whereby lurking the streets I put miles on my car and feed my tank alot of gas and no relaxing or being at ease. Although the thrill of sw is good sometimes.

I still don't really get it, my image of a streetwalker is that of a desperate drug addict more likely to be diseased than the average sex worker. In fact, I read somewhere that there were quite a few still out there despite having tested positive for HIV when arrested by metro. I'd have a very hard time getting past that just to save a few bucks. But to each his own, just be careful.

To each his own. I'm not trying to change anybody's mind. But I do take issue when you say LE has to justify there jobs. I think prostitution should be legal. I think even though it isn't, LE shouldn't set up stings or be concerned with what goes on behind closed doors (like the way it was in Rhode Island until recently). But I'm never going to think of streetwalking and picking up street walkers as something that cops should just ignore. Even in the most liberal societies like in places through out europe and south america, where drugs and prostitution are legal, street walking still isn't. Everybody has to draw the line somewhere, I draw it here. Dreaming again today. Back on BH but a little earlier, around 10:30-11am. Not much to dream about. Spot a very nice mixed SW in front of AC. Practically a billboard with her loudly colored top and short shorts. Pull over to position for pickup and there is a semi doing a U across the construction zone and has traffic jaked. Get up there and the car in front of me swoops in and does the pickup right on BH. Did not see anything else up to Lowe's so made a U and headed back down. Was still dreaming of miss mixed so made a couple of loops between Russell and Sahara and to my good luck she reappears at about the same spot. pulled over into the campground to do the p/u. Dispensed with the LE check since we were talking about her last date we both knew neither was Leo. Name is Marisa. 5'5"ish guessing 110. Very nice and young. Says she's 20 and new to town from Phx. Said she has room at AC so we go there. At this point, no talk of donations. Enter room appears somewhat clean and slight smell that Mary jane had been there recently. Thanks for the info. I have been reading the boards and it seems pricing was all over the place so wasn't sure what to expect. Seemed like FS ran .8-1 like clockwork but BJ seemed to be all over the place.
